How to benefit from Hansel advantages

  1. I am guessing you are talking about hitting outside of a system war.

I'm sure someone will pop their head up and correct me but I don't think it is based on the number of attack builds that you add, it is based on your combined stats.

I have a hansel alt (yes, with 1 attack build) and I can hit it with this account. It can also be hit by a hlbc player who is an attack build.

This is simply because his spy stats are high enough that it falls into the stats bracket I can hit. I don't know the exact mechanics but I believe it is in the region of 6x stats either way can be hit.

  2. Thanks Macabre for your post.
Yes, i meant out system war
    2 questions:
    - Can you give us the exact stats of your Hansel And atk build?
    - Is your atk build capable to hit an Hansel Who has 0 gold out?

    Thank you in advance!

  3. Then that kinda turns into a hybrid

  4. The point of this forum is not to discuss the définition of an Hansel or a Hybrid.
It is to discriminate the types of builds that benefit from the advantages of an Hansel Or an Hybrid build.

    Thx

  5. I think it's probably based on the defender. Ex. If the defender is a true hansel, the attacker must have x or fewer attack buildings. If the defender is hybrid with 2troop buildings, the attacker could have x 1 attack buildings or fewer and be able to hit. This is purly speculation though. I really have no idea. I didn't even know hansels w/ no gold out could even hit each other, lol

  6. Uhhh, you said a mixed build makes 5-10 times less than a hansel if they have same spy stats...

I have two problems with that statement..
1: you don't multiply down with whole number(I will ignore negatives, In this phrase, since they werent mentioned at all)if you multiple two whole numbers, it increases. So multiplying say, 10 million by 5, and saying 5 times less doesn't make any sense. Unless you're saying I make 5 times less, as in I make -40 million. You could say "make 10-20% of what a hansel would make" and it would make more sense

    Also. what?
I'm a mixed build with like 520/380/570/570, I make 10m first steal on (after tax) on a non BC OAF. Are you telling me that a hansel with say, 19/19/570/579 would get 50-100mil?

    LOL
if I misunderstood your post because of you attempting to multiply two wholes numbers and the result being lower than the larger number.. I apologize

  7. Saying something has five times less is completely correct. When you "multiply down" you are multiplying by the recipricle.

  8. If im mistaken in mathematics, I apologize

But if I tore down 4 of my attack buildings I wouldn't make 50m a steal....

  9. J3 your case is the most interesting i ve met.

I think you ré actually benefitting from Hansel advantages.

If you had greater atk stats (with same spy stats), i think you d have a plunder something like 5 or 10 Times less than what you have.

    I explain:

  10. I think that if you were 600/600/500/500, your 1st plunder when stealing the Kind of OAF you described would be maybe 2,5mil.

But i am not sure. I d like to know better your build.

Please follow me to make some chat And experiments!

  11. Correction:
In fact while scouting you i saw a lot of guilds And SOS T3. The large number of guilds explain your plunder when stealing.
I think you ré an hybrid with a Hansel basis.
If you go more mixed build (increasing your atk builds) i think there be some point where a couple of things would change for you.

I d like to ask you more questions...

  12. I liked this thread better when dragos was correcting everybody

  13. If at least more than 2/3 of all you buildings are spy building you should get the Hansel Bonuses, so in other words don't have anymore than 1/4 of all your building attack buildings just to be on the safe side.

  14. I ve recently met 2 players with 5 And 8 atk buildings in addition to their low land full of spy builds.

They did have the ability to hit Hansel builds with 0 gold out!

Maybe the rule of 2/3 is the clue. I hope to have news from a kingdom which has 12 atk builds and 15 spybuilds, to be sure....

    Still investigating....

  15. REQUEST:

If some1 has a ratio of Spy building / atk building close to 50% (with more spy builds), please contact me!!!!

  16. I ve met a build with 12 atk buildings And 15 spy buildings who was able to hit an Hansel with 0 gold out !

That means that the rule of 2/3 is not appropriated. It s more likely that the requirement is closer to spy building / atk building ratio > 50%.

What s sure it that it has nothing to see with stats, as the build described above has higher stats in atk than in spy.

    Continuing to investigate...

  17. I ve just converted my build (29 buildings) into:
    . 9 spy builds (7 SoS / 2 towers)
    . 19 atk builds
And I can know hit an Hansel with nô gold out! 1st time!!!!
    Let s continue to investigate...

  18. Just to throw another spanner in the works as Addy said, Hansel was the first guy to rock it, so Gis Hansel didn't make it. I'm positive that if you ask him he'll confirm that. I can't remember the name of the guy who started it properly but I know it began with a Z, ask some real old-timers and they'll tell ya.

  19. HI MAL!! I was thinking about ur question for a while too now, i havent done a lot of research on it but i believe its 20% attack buildings over spy buildings to hit a hansel/mixed build with no gold...I'm not exactly 100% sure on that but someone can test it out and try...I think the word hansel with more than one attack building is called Mixed build 
