Clans and ppl that want to do season 2 are going to be a massive disadvantage compared to eb clans As op said eb have u purpose in kaw but not everything so when season 2 starts with 3 to 4 wars per day 7 days a week that clan will not manage many ebs but there choice and no complaints there While eb clans hit the repeat button bringing in plunder x2 to help with the paying new ug Then there's the ee clans that struggle to fill there war roster cause they've lost a few wars and ppl decides that ee is stunting there growth which is a fact which reduces the clans doing ee making match ups harder and a cycle of wars that will put even more ppl off ee wars. I for one will be in season 2 with the knowledge that any eb plunder I get will help finance ee wars and not towards my growth. While ppl in eb clans are making 20-30b a day more and ug t6 a lot quicker
The prices are completely reasonable. Many players are STILL going to HFBC in a month, but for many it will take longer. That is the point. No support for op, deal with it for quit.
@Dizzy These updates are designed in way that it makes it hopeless to acheive end game and force you to buy nob/crystals. This is a model all of F2P MMOs use. You can continue to button mash all you like, but there's still a entirely new set of lands to come with building I expect to be starting at 500ish. Welcome to a Korean based MMO.
The purpose of the game now is about spending money on xtals Osw are thing of the past!! It's know ESW = EB SYSTEM WAR I miss the days of sleepless nights and knowing that you had so much inc that you couldn't put your phone down. Well today ESW is about tapping ebs, EE wars
No such thing as OSW well done Devs you SUCK. I refuse to spend another penny on xtals and hope that the sports car is looking good? I am lost where you are taking this game. ( to your bank account) IT'S NOT FOR THE PLAYERS
I honestly have given up trying to grow. The gap between "normal" players and the LB was always way too much. NOW, it's ridiculous. It's a different continent. There is no point trying to catch up... if you like to hit players rather than EBs/nobs/crystals... you won't. Yes, the "end game" line does need to move. The problem ATA is having is the line moves way too often, and way too quickly. It gives the "normal" player no chance. Like if a local bar offers up 100 beers, and there is a contest to see who can drink them all... and a select few (like Dante) finish quickly because they are there every single day, spending oodles of cash. You try to drink those 100 beers as well, but when you hit 20, they add 100 more. When you hit 40, they're up to 400 beers. No end game in sight unless you have a superhero liver! Sorry... I like metaphors. Point being, this addition was a bad decision and is only causing players to lose interest in the game. Back to Candy Crush Saga...
I like your post dizzy, it's not just a complaint. Your request for specific changes makes it something the devs can work with. That being said Its every players choice to spend real money or not. Its also every players choice to spend game gold or not. Nobody is being forced to do anything in this game. If the Dev's make a decision people don't agree with, then people will choose not to spend money. That's a natural consequence of a bad decision on their part. If enough people choose not to spend their money then ATA employees won't get raises, might lose benefits, and or their jobs. A campaign to suspend game gold or real money for a period of time on a specific date and time would send a convincing message. Also, there would have to be a lotta support for something like this to make it effective. If something like that were to happen I would support it.
Lol as someone who has been build complete twice now it's only the challenge of finishing again that keeps me here I thought ahead and saved now only 6 lands from lc again but build complete is far in the future now
I'm certainly not saying BC is impossible. I'm just saying the gap between beginning and end is insurmountable for normal people not willing/able to spend large amounts of real cash. I'm no child, in fact I have 2 children of my own, and I've invested over $2000 into KaW. But I simply will not invest more gold into a game in which there seems to be no end in site.
Support to dizzy, although he is not the smartest man he has man a smart thread. I think someone wrote it for him tbh. Anyway, yes this is getting crazy. I remember noobing llbc and then to hlbc and then to the new Bulding. But I realize enough is enough. We always knew the devs are greedy punks laughing at us in their mansions but I will be laughed at no moreanyone want to hear a joke?? NO I WILL NOT BE LAUGHED AT NO MORE. Blame the devs.
Bump so more people can add their views on this topic. This game is only popular because of the players. Strength in numbers I agree with a previous post if EVERYONE stopped spend real cash on upgrading as fast as they can then maybe the devs would finally listen to the people that pay their wages. Don't spend money on the game and let's see how fast things change. Power to the people not the devs
Their game, they're welcome to change whatever they want in it. Honestly, it's what was needed, and if we get more ebs out of them adding more lands, I'm all for it. Hitting Haunting was getting boring anyways.
Back when the highlands were the ends all and be all, my KaW goal was to be HLBC. I saw this as attainable and smart. It made sense to invest thr money. Just about the time I was anout to HLBC, however, the hoarfrost lands came out! I wasn't too terribly concerned because I figured that with patience, I could scratch up enough cash to buy all the lands. The cost of the T6 level 2 and presumably level 3 however, are so expensive that I'm no longer confident in my ability to reasonably attain HFBC status. Also, the stat increase from level 1 to level 2 seems meager for the coin I'd need to pony up for the upgrade, so, I was wondering, is it worth it? If your primary method of growth is EB (which is the case for many) then the answer is "NO". With limited time and limited money, Most of us need to figure out the best way to invest our resources, and personally, I think that the new answer to all of this is allies. Gaining all the hoarfrost lands is challenging, but doable, and placing level 1 structures on those lands is still advisable, but beyond that, consider what 150b can purchase in the ally market. If you're careful, the stat boost you get from the right allies will exceed the stat boost that your 150b upgrade can provide. I think thst smartly purchased allies are the way of the future. Also, consider what you could do if you purchased 1trillion in allies as opposed to getting that final land right away. You could play the ally market and potentially come out far richer than before. Although I was initially annoyed, I now see the larger prices and smaller stat increases for the new buildings as a positive thing because they will ultimately drive the ally market. In the past it was possible to HLBC by simply having a solid log on schedule and hitting EBs. This strategy of "log on, tap tap tap, log off" isn't realistic for those who wish to attain HFBC status. HFBC will be reserved for those who are willing to lay down some serious nobs (which I have no issue with, because nobbers keep this app running) or people who are willing to play the ally market as well as nit EBs. I guess I don't have a problem requiring players who want to reach the highest levels to engage in some of the more sophisticated aspects of the game. It makes sense to me. So, now that I've gone through this long winded explanation of why I don't mind how things are currently set up, how do I view the hoarfrost lands? I don't really view the hoarfrost lands as a board to conquer. I instead, view them as a supplement to my highlands. I'll buy hoarfrost lands and build in them when its convenient, and when it ceases to be convienent, I'll start focusing on my Bfa, which I think is smarter money spent. Players who do this will ultimately drive the ally market, which is good for the community.
Ok so there are different aspects to this game you can 1. Play the EB's and upgrade 2. Play the ally market to make money 3. EE wars 4. OSW Forgive me if I have missed any major part out but the point I'm trying to make is that different players like to play their way, anyone of the above or a mixture. But ultimately the purpose of the game is to complete lands and build to fullest upgrades then work up the leader board. When you bring in the option of laying real money to achieve that goal then players are segregated depending on personal wealth or principle. Make this game fun again. Make future updates more exciting to keep players interested (just my opinion)
