  4. Chapter 7
I busted through the door running toward the near by stairs.
"Sweety! Where are you going?!" my mother shouted from below.
"Im meeting Taylor in the garage to fix my car and I have to change!" I shouted from my room closing the door and dropping my bag on my bed, then walking to the closet in search of something I could get dirty in. I couldn't find a thing, mom had always bought me all nice clothes, even though I was a tomboy. None of that scarf, earings, skirts and purses never interested me at all. I sighed than bit my lip, than I remembered how I had when to the giant party for the fifth graders dare day where they handed out shirts for the people who participated. Dare was a say no to drugs kind of thing they did at school, I went with my eleven year old sister because she insisted I absolutly had to come. She had died about a yeat ago from cancer. I feel bad for that poor baby. I loved her but as I know there was nothing I could do. I search for the shirt that hopefully fit me. I had finally found it at the bottom of my drawer and put it on, to my happyness it fit, perfectly. I ran down the steps and saw mom cooking.
"So Taylor, huh?" she said sighing.
"You havn't even met him." I said sighing back at her.
"Yes, and I don't want to." she said putting the spoon she was stirring with down on the table. When she did I heard a knock at the door.
"Be nice!" I whispered sharply than ran to the door and flung it open. He was pulling down his hood from all the rain, he smiled and flashed his teeth.
"Hi." he said I couldn't help but smile, I just sat there starring at him, his beautiful face getting lost in his marvellous eyes and...
    "Umm." he said giggling.
"Oh! Yes um, sorry come in." I said leading him in we both walked down to the kitchen to see my mother turning around in a serious way.
"Hi Taylor." she said letting out a smile.
"Hi, nice to meet you umm, Kat's mom." he said smiling and giggling friendly.
"Oh, just call me Darla sweety!" she said smiling, I felt tension in between the two. I started to breathe heavily.
"Taylor you want to go work on the car?" I asked tugging his arm a bit.
"Sure, I'll see you later, Darla." he said walking with me to the garage.
"Okay Taylor." she said happily than I was finally relived.

  11. Chapter 8
We both approched the car in the garage. It was just sitting there rusted and old. Starring at it with Taylor, I was kind of disgusted by the grossness and oldness of how it looked.
"Well, it's decent." he said smiling. I walked over to the bucket that had been flipped upside down next to the car and sat on it remembering when my friend Oakley had tried to fix it, he had moved but I guess the bucket hadn't been moved since.
"Wanna take a look under the hood?" I asked starring at the old thing.
"Sure." he said walking over and gently lifting up the hood than properly placing the long rod under it, than connecting it so it would stand. I let him do his thing, messing around with parts in the car, (spacificly the parts I didn't know what so ever) here and there he would tinker with the same thing-a-mu-bob twice and look at it and also lean in to get a better look. I watched as he suddenly had seemed much more interested with some spacific part much more than a different one. I liked that, it seemed cute to me that he had an interest in fixing my car.
"You seem in your happy place doing this." I giggled and smiled he laughed.
"Yeah, I guess you can say that." he said widening his eyes and smiling at me a brighter smile.
"What do you mean?" I asked kind of in a dessperate sounding way.
"Well, I have nothing better to do so yeah, I guess I'm pretty happy doing this." he said turning back to his work shrugging his arms.
"I think your carborator is damaged." he said squinting.
"You might need a new one." he said waving his arm for me to come see. I got up and stuck my hands in my pockets and bit the side of my lip.
"Yea, I have no idea what the heck that is, but I guess I'll look for one of those things at the store." I said starring at a greasy thing in my car. He laughed and I smiled at him, I didn't know what to say.
"Your funny." he said, so I just said,
"Thanks." Not very original, was it?

    Chapter 9
I giggled and laughed at Taylor's amazing comments that nobody could have ever thought to make up. We talked and talked and talked all last night, instead of really ever trying to find the real reason the car had been broken. His mother had soon called at midnight because she had wanted him back home by then (I could her her over the phone.) but, all that mattered really was that we had a great time. After days of hanging out with Taylor, days turn into months. You spend a lot of time with him once you get to know him, he's a really nice guy. Yeah, sure he has a problem of smoking but that's it. It wasn't like he ever got into drugs...or so I had thought.

I woke up in the morning hyped for my school day, I would see Taylor, again that's spacificly why. I through the covers off me and slowly made my way to stand up. I walked to my closet but slowly fell to my own sleep again, I tried to keep myself awake but I just couldn't. I crawled back in bed and rested. Soon my mother came up and pushed myself to finally get up.
"Wake up! Why won't you wake!" mother had just kept yelling but I didn't move.
"Fine! Then I will cast a spell on you and turn you into a camel if you don't wake up!" she yelled.
"Mom, I don't believe in that crap, not since I was nine." I had said to make her stop.
"But what if I really was a witch?" she asked starrring at me sitting beside my me in my bed.
"Okay fine I'll get up." I said walking to my closet listening closely to what she would mummble now. I heard her say, "works everytime" sort of thing from her while she walked out, I rolled my eyes and got ready.

Soon I had made it to the bus stop where Taylor was the only one standing there, I ran to him and said hello very nicely.
"Hi, listen I want to ask you something, may I?" I nodded and figured, this must be serious.
"Do you want to go to a party with me? Tonight? It's kind of like a club I go to these kinds of things all the time, maybe you'd like to go with me?" I had shuttered, a club? I kind of gotten chills while hearing it but, I had to be mature.
"Sure, I'll tell my mom I'm going." I had said very proudly but than I relised, what did I just do?
