  1. walking into right into war,[/quote]

    Improper grammer

  2. Improper quoting you Nazi

  3. Improper quoting for you and your the Nazi

  4. Steel workers in Kitakyushu claim they burned black tar to fog their city. Who knows if it's true. I don't believe your story is accurate. Why would they drop the bomb in the ocean? They could just not arm it and turn around. Also I think they would have planned enough to have the appropriate amount of fuel. Nuking a city is a pretty big deal.

  5. At the time every American thought of them deserving it because of pearl harbors sneak attack by the japanese. That being said it was a war, and to win destruction of one over the other is a must

  6. V are you an idiot? Just because japan hit soldiers to beat America really quick means we can't hit back full force? 68 civillians died in pearl harbor. You kill Americans and our soldiers we slaughter you. It's simple. Sneak attack us and we mess you up. Japan backed down real quick after too.

  7. They attacked an army base. We just straight up nuked hundreds of thousands of civilians.

  8. It was actually a Marine/navy airbase where we also happens to house one of our fleets

  9. EDIT:

Sic act that tops the all-time single acts of genocide of innocent women n children.

Spare me what American history books say they r written to serve your own govt's agenda.
Most history has fiction or not the whole truth written. Fact remains the ignorant only know what they r fed.

  10. Not exactly

  11. Oops, I meant military. My point still stands either way.

  12. There is no defence or explanation that can answer to this immoral act.
War is no excuse but the puppets use it.

  13. Let's not act like the USA is innocent of any war crimes or dubious invasions itself, Ronald, and for the record total destruction of the opposition is not the aim in any war, it's the destruction of the enemy will/ability to continue.

I very rarely hold such a view, but I currently believe that whether the USA was justified or not in dropping the bombs can only come down to opinion. Were there strong exterior motives for dropping the bomb? Yes. Would an invasion have cost even more lives than cumulative radiation poisoning? Yes.

The issue for me is how to treat the American decision: certainly not in the way the government did at the time, by parading the bomber crew as heroes and professing to have saved countless lives in both sides for the good of humanity (after fire bombing 900 000 Japanese civilians...). That said, obviously Japan had never set a precedent for any kind of surrender in 2 600 years, so it is likely that lives were, overall, saved.

It's a tough topic, and one of very few that I don't have a fixed viewpoint on. Sorry for the uncustomary wishy-washy-ness.

  14. Google it. Not hard.

  15. I Googled it and I guess I am right.

  16. the fire bombings that happened BEFORE the USA dropped the A-bombs killed 241k-900k Japanese over 67 cities

In Germany the civilian death figure is 600k-2.25mil

    ...now get this one 

In France the number of civilians killed by just ALLIED BOMBING RAIDS ALONE Is 68,778 the total number of French civilian deaths is in the millions. You don't hear the French complaining about it though ...they know what had to be done.

    ...war sucks civilians usually die.

  17. That is an idiotic statement to say civilians should be purposely targeted in retaliation, that's why in the modern world there are laws and rules to protect civilians in war. And again by that logic 9/11 was a justified act.

  18. Sit back and take some war lessons. We immobilized them by crippling their internal structure. When those bombs dropped they said they didn't want it to continue. Now people say it is attrocious but I say well played because no government can just let there citizens sit there and die. Kill our civillians we destroy you nation. Simple

  19. War ain't pretty. Sacrifices are made but that wasn't a U.S. sacrifice. Japan knew we were going to hit them hard when they hit pearl harbor. Your soldiers are supposed to protect you countrymen. If they fail that then they give up. America knew this and messed japan up. If you aren't willing to sacrifice everything don't mess with the worlds strongest country

  20. I know about war. That doesn't mean I have to agree with you.
