Well firstly I think you should make some more specific goals, you will see far greater results by tailoring a workout to the goals you are trying to achieve. Secondly do not dive head first into a full blow workout, if you are new to exercise you will just end up snapping crap up and/or burning yourself out and giving up. Starting with an easy bodyweight circuit just to build a foundation of strength is a good way to start imo, bodyweight circuits will also help build cardiovascular fitness. If you don't want to stick to a particular routine you can just do X amount of Y exercise every time you go to the toilet or get a drink or something, doing this won't yield amazing results but can be a good starting place for someone who is new to fitness. Buy yourself a pull up bar too, pull ups are great for upper body strength and dirt cheap. Also start now, not on Monday, because the Monday you start will never come!!
Mix resistance (weight) training with interval stamina and intensity cardio. This way you'll burn calories in both exercises and the weight training will begin to tone your muscles giving you a better shape when you lose fat. Also, strength gains. Just gains.
Alternatively, just progress through weight training. Become a power lifter. Then you can be a fat son-of-an-unmarried-couple and everybody will still respect you when you can pick up 300kg and put it down again.
Squats are a girls best friend Disclaimer: not connected to my Photobucket account, blah blah blah Roni is a psycho
I've never said I was a man, anyone who is remotely close to me knows my gender. Before you try to assume anything about me, do your research hun. Roni and Bootsy need to either get a room or shut up because no one wants to hear Yall bicker and turn every single thread off topic
I think it would be better to go to a nutritionist and/or personal trainer, who specialise in this field, rather than asking the internet.
TNT is a personal trainer...js. But seriously, medium impact working out is usually a great place to start out, I couldn't tell you how to do that I'm by no means qualified in the field. I personally go about my usual routine of walking instead of driving places, which are usually within 10-30 minutes walk from my home. Does its job, that and on top of it all I just get into sports, where I'm at there's quite a few amateurs leagues for any sport you can think of.
where is extrusive behaviour she writes this thread and tnt asks her a question and she never replys back. How odd !!! yet has been on other threads commenting.Even more odd ! i would suggest any form of dance for a great workout. join a class or even better go roller disco .
