The purpose of the Peter Pan build is to achieve max plunder while spending the least amount. The idea is 23 x lvl 4 guilds and 1 x lvl 2 CoE. This will allow the player to hit a BC osf as well as steal from a BC oaf. Total haul per hit is 20.8 mil per atk and 10.2mil on the first steal from a BC spy open for steals. It was named Peter Pan cause the you don't want to grow up as you lose plunder -credit for naming this build goes to mellybelly79
