Really I agreed to the tou? That won't stand up in court? One I never read for 3 moths after I started playing and has been changed several times since I started ? U mean that tou?
The tou is still subject to all California state and federal protection laws no matter wat it states read the fine print in the last section They know their tou wouldn't stand up and that's why they don't force u to read it before u start playing like every other online contract ... U know the little read me and agree then check box ... Also no one broke tou using this "bad code" so no reason to even worry about it only people who is in question of commuting any fraud is ata for taking items purchased with real cash as punishment for using their game the way they wrote the code
are people really still whining about this? you cheated. you got caught. get over it. ******* whiny losers.
If you want to compare to offline businesses, the the ToU stands, because it is a contract. You mean you sign contracts without reading through? Sorry, I don't do that And if you don't agree with the ToU, why even start to play, then complain about the ToU later? Makes no sense to me at all. You have the choice not to play the game! No one forces you at gunpoint to play this game bro  And if you want to compare to offline businesses, warranty cards given to you are not signed by you at all. At best, you just affix a stamp, staple your proof of purchase, and mail it to the company. That's all. Do you need to sign anything for purchase warranty? Also, if you want to compare to offline businesses, and let's say you do read the terms and conditions and contracts offline, why are you making the special distinction that this is an online business now? Are you to say, honestly, that if they do make you tick the "I have read" box on the ToU, you would have disagreed and immediately uninstall the app? And if so, you could still do it now Anyway, I do read all terms and conditions for the different things I do, at worst a quick glance at the headers. It usually does not take more than a minute or two to finish it. Especially for online terms, where I would take special notice if any "malwares" or "spywares" are allowed to install onto my computer.
First the point was that their tou still has to follow state and fed protection laws 2nd and contract that in its very wording is not lawful is null In other words if the contract can't hold up because it goes against some law or asks u to give up some right given to u then by the law then that contract is void
But still getting far off point After this became common knowledge why wAsnt it shut down or atleast a warn put in the forums not to use it ... Any one using it after that point should not have been punished at all The devs wrote the code then the devs sat on their hands and let more people discover the code then thru their inaction let trillions of gold into the market then want to cry foul and blame players Again I ask why the punishment this one time when the devs failed kaw And devs failed players on both sides of the issue
ATA can make pop up warnings about how it's against rules to share accounts and this that and the next, but when a glitch is found by them they give no warning at all about it or what will happen if caught exploiting it. Oh ATA I'm having an issue with my kaw, when I open it it loads just fine but I have to sit n wait for a couple mins before I can click on anything, if I don't nothing works..... Wanna fix that glitch plz? Thanks!
@station hiney, please excuse my alt Tara, she posted forums when I strictly ordered her not to, sorry about that. Now that that's cleared up, you can keep crying uninterrupted by my alt
People have been exploiting holes in the game from day 1. Volley drops Pwars Etc They weren't punished? What is the gold creation exploit anyways??? How do we know if people are doin it if we dont know what it is?
