As for the starting size to begin osfing, it will depend on the clan looking for an osf. If it's a smaller clan with lesser members, obviously they're going to want some smaller osfs since they can't get bigger ones. At your current size, osfing wouldnt be profitable though, so I reccomend you just stay hansel and eb/pwar/slug it out on battle list until you're much bigger. As for the best EB to do, just do whatever, it really doesn't matter. Naturally the later ones are going to be better paying;however, if you're smaller, making the best of the smaller ones will be easier going. Just do them with any clan, it doesn't matter. Wait until you're about 1m/1m hansel to fully convert to a fulltime osf.

The mechanics for steals and how much they take and earn is dependant upon how much you put out whereas most of attackers earned gold is from ally plunder so OAFs and OSFs are very different despite similar ideas. Re: Ghoomba's guide to OSF-ing V2.4 (Newest Update 8/16/11) Save up one billion gold and then sell a beastiary, after that is done, build a guild level 4 in the space that the beastiary was in. Save up 1 billion gold again, and build another level 4 guild. Repeat until you have 24 level 4 guilds and 1 attack building (reccomending aviary). At this point you might want to save up enough to build several lvl3 SOS before selling off the last attack building.
Re: Ghoomba's guide to OSF-ing V2.6 (Newest Update 8/18/11) Fastest way to insure a guide's stickism (getting stickied :lol: ) would be to make it immediatly awesome enough for a mod to sticky it straight off. But otherwise, it's going to take community participation by walling mods or feedbacking the thread name with reasons for suggested sticky. If enough people agree and do so, it will eventually get stickied
