Ruby. Not for our entertainment. True but in zoo's and wildlife preserves endangered species stand a chance at surviving. In the wild they are poached, hunted and driven from their natural habitats. All totally wrong. But as regard to their survival. 500 tigers are estimated to live in the wild. Critically endangered. In the USA alone, 10,000 tigers are kept as pets. It may not be desirable. But it's better than extinction.
