For all you FOD noobs, once and for all the secret of the last 3%: The sweetspot is always at red bar: 4500, 3750, 3000, 2250, 1500 or 750. Take it to those points and test it!
Yeah, but by action numbers, that means your actions as a ratio of the total number of actions performed by your clan (ie. each action equals one entry into the draw). The chance for a drop is probably separate. For example, a random number is generated between 1-100. 1-20 equals no sword 21-80 equals 1 sword 81-95 equals 2 swords 96-99 equals 3 swords 100 equals 4 swords This seems to make the most sense from a programming perspective. It is difficult to draw any conclusions unless the sample size of your data is large enough and considering how long it takes to do one FOD, a large enough sample size (at least a hundred, i would think) is hard to come by.
Ok well here is my theory on what happens: When the EB is started by an admin a script is run which takes the timestamp (an ever changing variable) and puts it through a formulae (unsure of the math) to generate a number. This number correlates to the number of drops there are. This number is then put into a loop and another formulae is run this generates a number which would correlate to an action number in the Epic Battle. This means whoever hits that action number wins that drop. The drop would be determined by the decimals. I think x.0 - x.4 is the sword x.41 -x.99 is treasure. This theory fits with what the devs say about drops, (the more active you are the better your chances) and also explains how someone hitting 45 actions can still win a sword. It is obviously much more complicated than I just made out, but certainly I feel this is in essence what's going on.
Finally got my sword - thx!! Nice job SB.... A toast to you Then very next run ( in another clan ) got my shield. Did every combo I could think of and nothing seemed to work. So I bitched out the devs in cc and walla!!! A sword!!! Seriously doubt that helped but.....
