  1. Me more handsome than Troll machine :D

  2. Titanium, the problem is that really nobody can Give you the advice you need over the computer. Sure, it's easy to give general advice like "lift Weights, eat healthy, and do cardio." Anything more specific like "do 5 sets of 20, or Sprint for 50 yards" becomes problematoc because you are not the people giving the advice, so it might not really work for you.

Sure, with most fitness advice you are given, you will probably see some sort of results as long as it is more effort than you are currently putting in, but it might not be the results you want.

My advice is to find a personal trainer and get a few lessons under your belt. If you're too young to hire a trainer, join an online fitness community. There's plenty out there, and although many are full of "broscience", you are less likely to come across potentially harmful advice like sprinting until you want to throw up.

Finally, the only way to make your abs show is to lower your body fat percentage. Doing crunches and other ab exercises won't do the trick. Best way to lower body fat is through a healthy, lower calorie eating plan, and a routine exercise plan.

  3. Dont eat for 2 days and run with trashbags or a suana suit on. After all that filthy water weight and fat is gone, eat a balanced diet where you put in what you take out, and workout vigorously at least once a day 5-6 days out of the week

  4. Years of hard work trying to impress taylor swift at the next concert?

  5. Just felt like being an asshole huh?

  6. The photoshop is real 

  7. If all you want is abs it's easy at your age just do everything abs leg lifts, crunches, supine bicycle, flutter kicks, sit ups, inverted sit ups if you plan on doing all of those recommend reps of 10-15 at most and don't give up working out isn't for the weak hearted

  8. Nice body!

    What are you eating?

  9. It's true it does like like something from Gangland! *AHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHH.*

  10. Its jackie chan

  14. TNT It's Hever and we have had lots of discussions about working out. No matter what you will always most likely feel like you need to throw up, because your adrenaline/stress hormone are released and therefor blood moves away from your intestines causing everything to stay still, giving you that feeling of Nasuea. Sprints are anaerobic like squating and other excercies which build up lactic acid in your body. I know what I'm talking about, maybe you only lift and drop weights 

  15. Hever, I didn't realize that was you. I do remember our talks though, and I remember how undeducated you are on the subject of fitness. Not an insult, just stating facts. You spout off bro science and tidbits you learned from Google.

The scenario you described Is definitely a possibility, but to say it should be something you strive for? No, you should never try to workout until you feel nauseated. Like I said before, that is some of the worst advice I have ever heard. Ever heard of training smart? Any idiot can go run sprints or do burpees until they feel sick. It's not a smart way to go about it though, and not only does pushing this sort of advice make you look dumb, it can be potentially harmful to people if they decide to try it out.

Be smarter than that. Do research before trying to tell people how to do something.

  16. Broscience is wrong ?

  17. Maybe don't eat so much before you workout???

Or are you telling me that every olympic sprinter, wrestler, cyclist or crossfitter vomits at the end of each event?

Fatigue should set in far before nausea in a workout. Unless you grossly over reached for that session - meaning you worked far beyond what was necessary for growth stimulus.

  18. I'm training somebody who is 18 and has a similar problem. It's been about 1.5 months now and the ab line down the middle of his stomach is starting to get a nice groove as well as the 4 upper abs are coming into definition. He's a primarily endomorph body type (stocky type, shoulders and hips are wide) so his daily routine is different than I'd suggest to you, somebody who sounds a little more lanky, aka ectomorph body type.

Take this info how you please:
I'd start by doing 50 pushups a day. 5 sets of 10, with 90 seconds rest between. This is 200 pushups every 4 days, doubling your current volume.

Rather than walk, burning weight off is all about intensity. Look up HIIT cardio routines as an example. Run hard/sprint for 30 seconds, walk for 30 seconds, things like this. If you want to increase your metabolism and lose weight, this is proven for any type of person regardless of athletic ability.

Find an ab routine that includes twists, crunches, leg lifts, or some weighted crunch movements.

Abs are 85% made in the kitchen. It's all about how you eat of you want to become more fit.
The first thing you must watch in your diet is carbs. Why? Because carbs are long chains of sugar and they are harder for your body to burn off then proteins or fats believe it or not. Sugar is the demon of a fit lifestyle and will hold you back more than anything. SOLUTION: eat your carbs in the morning, and have less in the evening so your body has time to burn them off. It's okay to have a small gatorade or something post-workout though to replace lost glycogen on your body.

THIS IS ALL PERSONAL OPINION AS I AM NOT YET COMPLETELY THROUGH MY ACE PERSONAL TRAINER COURSE YET. For any questions, just follow thank you. :)

  19. TNT Everything you say is bro science.
