You want to lose weight? Cardio not calories! Pick a place that's local but still far away that requires you to run back to your house. Every other day at the minimum and no walking! Want abs? You have to have the other muscles too but don't forget your side crunches to get them v lines. Btw, you calorie intake is fine just switch out some of the ice cream and sweets/fatty foods for stuff like Greek yogurt with honey for a more protein based diet. Also, (assuming you don't want to go to a gym) make sure you're doing those home workouts every day with a difficult amount of reps but still able to get at least 3 sets in. You don't want to be doing burnouts or doing anything too intense for a workout. Anyway you have the discipline so just go to the gym and get real help from real people.
Btw tnt you're an idiot the only reason you throw up during sprints is because all the blood rushes to your legs and leaves your stomach it has nothing to do with diet or nutrition it just means you're trying really hard But seriously follow what venividivici said but keep the hot pockets because they're a good source of protein. You don't need to cut calories or do any cardio because you're not fat FYI
Just know your exercises. Do some research into what type of ab exercises to do that will get you there. More than that just workout your whole body. Go for muscle throughout whole body, don't just focus on one part. Eat healthy and try going to the gym everyday with 1-2 rest days in between. Usually do 90 mins workout a day, it's what works for me. taking protein,eating healthy and getting sleep

Oh i Was that type of guy that spend a 3 hours 5 days a week, i ended up Burning All The FaT and got tired after 5 months... I did not had energy to continúe with those long hours , because i didnt put that protein stuff in my body... My trainer told me you need The fuel to continue before you burn down your fatty zones..

Sprints. And maybe some physical work, like shovelling. Any long distance run will leave you lean like a marathon runner. Shovelling requires heavy core work, tensing your abs as you push through the shovel. Unless you sit at a PC all day. Then give up and eat pizza and get fat and hairy with boogers on your shirt. And pretend to be female.
They are setting you up for failure. The tried and true method of pizza + couch is an age old program for becoming an incredible Adonis build. Do this daily for optimal results. (See your local sports pharmacologist, results may vary)
