  13. I've been kicking it into high gear to get my abs too. Im 5'8" and 148 pounds. I was 155 a few months ago, cut off 7 pounds. I work biceps, triceps, delts, lats, chest, you name it I do it.

    My core is getting to the point of which I'll get abs soon. I suggest doing sit ups with weight plates on your chest. I usually do 3 sets of 45 sit ups with 50 pounds on my chest, then I work a different core workout in with that, usually 4 times a week.

    But mostly, it's all about how much body fat you have. If you wanna burn a lot of body fat and super quick, do what I do. I cycle. a long cycling ride can burn over 1,000 calories and it's really great for ya, it's not as strenuous as running.
