Ok, now i feel like this whole thread is a set up. light cardio encourages fat storage, not burning. It does not increase LBM or BMR. Everyone should do core trainig. Lastly, do you have any idea how grossly irresponsible it is to give someone a calorie range for a diet? Nutrition is likely the most individualized need that a person can have.
If by fit you mean fast, then I would reccomend start jogging roughly miles a day. Mix it up if you'd like depending on your schedule and your body. A month or two after that, slightly increase mileage but not pace. Like average 5 or 6 days a week 25 miles a week. Then throw in some speed work. Try 800 meter repeats. Will add more in a sec
You're an idiot. Enjoy your life of pain and suffering on your joints from excess weight. When you hit your 40s if you're still that size you most likely will need a cane. Enjoy you "happy" life
Majora is annoying. Kinda like how that stupid idiotic forum writing something princess was. Remember her?
I went from 200 to 150 pounds by just swimming still don't have abs but I still swim so eventually I'll get them will just take time I do lift weights for an hour and then swim for 30 and have cardio days where I swim for an hour and 30 mins. Running and walking are obsolete when you can swim
Weightlifting can be extremely tough on joints. I always keep my routine mixed up and never stay locked into one thing too long. I limit my cardio for the most part because I keep up the intensity in my workouts. But when I do want to put on some size, I cut it out completely. Don't worry about your weight too much OP. I'm 5'11" 195 with abs. I was 165 when I was 18-20. You can bulk and keep your abs. Girls don't like skinny with abs and a chicken chest. That's gross. And you will look like a pedophile. And swimming is one of the best things you can do. Jump rope. Anything involving full body movement. I hate to run. I rather get kicked in the teeth than run. But I'll swim, jump rope, ride a bike. High intensity in short spurts is best. Rather than long stretches at low to medium intensity.
Driving a car can be unhealthy if not done properly. Same goes for most things. Keep good form and respect your rest days/weeks, and you'll be alright.
IDC about my weight, But healthy food and a lot of AB exercise Will be need it.., if u have FaT in The belly thats better, you just need to convert it in to muscle.. With exercise, people with less FaT , have moré issues when making muscle.
