While i agree that 355 is insane as many NFL players cannot do this - a 1rm is a 1rm. No- it doesnt crash on to your chest and kill you. That would be a heavy 0rm with no spotter...which is really dumb.
Nah im not wrong bro. I watch people slam calories down thier throat and easily maintain abs. Its all about burning what u pack on. I could eat cake and ice cream all day without the workout and still be an abs poster boy.

That's because you have an extremely high metabolism. The majority of people can't do minimal exercise and maintain abs, and for them it requires a strict diet along worth exercise.
Your body only eats it if you don't get enough protein or calorie there is no such thing as lean muscle, just muscle.

A) u should think about jogging; B) get a heart rate monitor (chest strap) and device that will give you instant heart rate and what zone ur running in. Running long periods in a zone 2 will burn fat C) cut your calories down to 2300 and eat less junk D) do core workouts
