S.4 P.1 E.3 C.1 I.5 A.4 L.10 That's going to be my starting character stats, what do you guys think about no more skills? All perks are based on your attributes now.
Since perks are attribute based yes that high, you only get 28 points in total to start with. First 7 go into each attribute and you get 21 to spend freely, best bet is just to start off lucky as hell. I'd be able to get more critical hits in, as well as start off with better loot with the scrounger and cap finder perks for bartering. My intelligence is high enough for healing perks and endurance as well for damage resistance.
Only in New Vegas which is published by Bethesda Soft Works but produced (coded) by Obsidian which has members of interplay whom made the first 2 games, in which gambling was a skill in the second game but was luck based in FO1. Fallout 3&4 are published and produced by Bethesda, luck in fallout 3 effected critical hit chance and finding fully repaired weapons or lots of caps in otherwise empty boxes/lockers. Starting with 10% crit hit chance sounds like fun times in the wasteland. *coughbloodymessperkcough*
I'm going to take some time away from throwing out what I know about Fallout (I played FO2 when I was 10, been hooked since) to say that every time I see this picture I smile then get a little annoyed at the fact some dude actually got a copy of Fallout 4 with 2200 bottle caps...
i was going by the current standards and the only non bethesda produced fallout game ive played was fallout 2 other than that not alot of knowledge other than the story lol
If you've played New Vegas you've played a non Bethesda produced game. As far as I saw there is no gambling in Fallout 4 like there was in New Vegas. Looked it up and it turns out Fallout 4 will take place in 2286, 9 years after Fallout 3 so expect Lyons Pride to make a possible appearance.
yeah i forgot that obsidian did fonv i didnt really pay attention i just played , and i hope bethesda has a non linear story this time instead of having small options , and play after story that was what made fo3 cool
looking foward to the spoken dialogue from the characters! Skyrim was a nice "middle-ground" between the 2. Also think its cool having a real dog as a companion! Rex was great but I think this companion will grow on you. really... Im looking foward to EVERYTHING. Hope the wasteland wild perk is still included. I loved the easter eggs from New Vegas and that alien blaster... yea...
It all really depends on the stand alone titles. Both systems have pros and cons that are irrelevant at best. Just see which system has the exclusives you prefer and go with that. I own both but prefer the XBox One personally. As I said though, they both are comparable. Just more of my friends have the XBox AND I love my Halo franchise.
