@wisdom. The last thing I want is a pwar type solution. We applauded the beta test wars and had some issues but it was 'beta'-i.e. testing so we gave our feedback politely and most things were addressed. I thought the devs did a good job listening. There were, however, zero consequences other than time and we all knew the mith payout would suck. My issue here is the trend of matchups getting far worse than they ever were in beta-and now they've introduced equipment AND enchantment where the only currency to obtain is through a badly flawed war matchup system. I also don't want nor expect to win every war-but I do expect to have a relatively even chance of winning. We've had a few great matchups (Faith and DFA for example). Faith beat us and that was a very fair matchup. They outplayed us-and our clan made many adjustments after that defeat which made us far more prepared for future wars. I would even say our war vs zaft corp was a relatively fair matchup-and we lost that one also-and learned even more. I would also disagree with your conclusion that having a war cancelled would be just as harmful. It would suck-of course-but it would have been better than a deliberate set up for a slaughter. The points I am making here relate to the devs creating a new set of equipment AND enchanent of that equipment and having Wars be the basis for the currency. As I stated before many of us spent a lot of real money and time making adjustments for this only to find ourselves on a playing field with twice as many players....consistently recently. If the devs plan on making this new equipment a big part of the game for the time being then they need to fix the means by which it is obtained and enchanted. Otherwise it's a waste of everyone's time and energy.
@wisdom if I had wanted a pwar I would of said that. Just because you read that into my statement doesn't make it true. Thanks Nobody wants to battle a clan with over double the Amount of accts than your clan, not when so many factors rely on a win. With new items relying now on mith it's necessary to have closer matches. Every war we did this weekend became a worse matchup than the last. It was frustrating to never come out of pin but it was also frustrating for the other side they had so many accts and nobody to hit. As stated earlier I think the new system is great but I do think it would easier if we arranged the wars as a clan. Then there'd me no complaining on matches or war times
My post on page 15, explains what half of the unfair match up is caused by!!! That would be the power spy builds have to continues assassinate an attack build when they have 0 spies they don't lose a significant amount of spies to become ko which leads to them staying out of knock out and keeping every1 knocks out. 1 spy build with 2-5m cs has the power to keep 5 attack builds with 14m cs pinned repeatedly for 4 hrs I have seen it happen. Spies should not be able to assassinate some1 with 0 spies. I had also thought of the attack skill that damaged spy builds but figured that would be to complex for the devs to create. I have some known issues and simple solutions on page 15 they would help alot I think and should be simple enough to make work. I am also open for different ideas to them so Mayb something can be figured out to fix this horrible war system.
I think due to the match up still not working and lots of people have lost a bit of mith i think it the least the dev can do it put mith up for sale just one more time . i know they won't give it back lol but just sell it again. and may be all losing clan receive at least half or some mith back to keep the even playing field for wars to come
