Seriously, losers getting rewarded? That'll be the day. I would hate that. Their EB is fair enough compensation. Also, if you want a match it's not that hard. Shoot for 28-32 members every time. If too many members sign up, rotate who gets to war. Nice job with the system devs, we have gotten fair match ups every time
Admin really u are acting strange, most of the time you are giving us no match because we are add man out, and when did you give us match it was with clan having 5 member more than us ( champion corp vs V-hawk) and mostly u are saying we look good, but last war u are saying we have 3x more ally while some people reduce 6 billion in bfa please explain.
-Other Exploits- I also believe name changes should be disallowed post matchup. I know some would say that this is strategy, however, it is a strategy that caters to the players willing to sink more money into the game. Additionally, it is against the spirit of the competition. The objective is not to see what clan can have the most name changes. Estocs are meant to challenge tracking, xtal strategy, and clan unity/teamwork. Not, who can afford to change their name more often and throw off tracking.
As a player who likes the wars and have never received a "no match" I still think a few of our matches have been messed with... (Bc of BFA). Do what needs done but there will always be people who exploit just for a win.. Devs can't make ppl have integrity, honor, and pride... But I think me and my clan deserve right matches or no matches too TY
This is ridiculous, if I get an ally hired before a war, I am not going to purchase a new one until after match up. It is common sense, not an exploit. In order for it to play enough of a role in the match up, it would require trillions in banks and continually volleying up ally's until the cost outweighs the benefits.
That thread that touch posted was not about no match... It was about an incentive. Completely different things bud.
Val idea sounds like a win only for u worms. The No Match system is so great. I take off my hat for u devs. And I cant belive why most of ppl dont use brain before they ask why once they have 2x more bfa and second time he got metchup normally... ANSWERE: Diffrent days = diffrents wars and DIFFRENT CLANS PARTICIPING. Once u get matchup coz u have enemy and in next day this enemy who is similary to you may not participate or diffrent ppl will opt in in this clans so they strenght can be highter or lower. Easy right?
@kaw_admin Because it is simply common sense... The majority of players don't rush to purchase ally's. Plus the additional BFA would likely play little to no effect on the match up. If you wait until the last minute to purchase an ally, it is unlikely to be rebought before the first unload of the war. On another note, you would also have to prohibit players from using nobility points after match-up, if buying ally's is an explot, so is using nobility points to boost BFA.
So where do you draw the line kaw_admin? I often have a lot of gold out because shopping for a single ally is not worth my time. Or sometimes I don't get back to my account until 20 minutes before the war starts. How are you going to judge someone's intention? This is a slippery slope that you are proposing.
Kaw admin, about bfa jumping: I can agree with ur update on the condition that u use the algorithm u define match ups with. Basically if one side's bfa gets too high compared to other side and would in normal case have resulted into a no match between those two clans then ok. If it's still within one of your fair match criteria please let us war! And aren't barcodes or name changes during war abuses too then? Our lazy trackers would love to have their numbers appear before their name
@kaw_admin: For example, I have 32b out. If I were to wait to buy an ally this would maybe give me a combined 1m BFA. If I were to max nobility points, I would gain 10-16m BFA. This should be stopped too.
While your idea has some merit, the purpose of this post was not to discuss new ideas, that would just sidetrack what we are trying to do.
It doesn't matter where your gold is coming from, if there is a huge jump in BFA, it is going to look very suspicious. There are changes, within reason for sure. Huge changes, we are going to look at very closely. There will be a standard change throughout all clans warring, and that's very acceptable. There will also be clans where the change is very much outside the norm.
Okay sounds good. As long as there is a reasonable standard held to everybody. On a side note I'll go ahead and bank my tremendous amount of 32b. Haha.
