I think it is good that the devs remove exploits. The talking about illegal accounts is funny, exploiting the land trick to KO opponents worked with legal alts as well. I didn't think about it in time, but I didn't join any EE war at all so far. EE wars are to much time consuming. I usually unload my accounts on EB a lot, holding one device in every hand, reading news, watching TV or talking on the phone at the same time for example. But 4 hours playing focussed on kaw in a row at the weekend at unconfortable daytimes? No. My solution: Give us one hour to sign up for a war as individuals. If 200 players have signed up, the rooster is full. If less than 60 sign in, the war is cancelled. Sign in starts at x.00 and ends at x.59. (earlier if 200 limit is reached) All bl hits and Quests are disabled once you apply. Clans get created at (x 1).20 War Starts at (X 2).00 War lasts at least one hour. After one hour, if one clan has at least triple the plunder than the other clan, the war is over. After 2 hours, if one clan has at least double the plunder than the other clan, the war is over. After 3 hours, one and a half of the plunder than the opposing clan is needed to win and after 4 hours the clan with the most plunders wins. This way unbalanced wars don't waste to much of our time. This way there can be one EE war EVERY hour. Every day. This way clans will be much more balanced. The disadvantadge is to war clanmates, but EE wars are usually "friendly" wars. The same happened is ASW. War clans auto kick their members who did not leave by themselves one hour after the war ended and EE level is not affected by leaving the warclan. This way we can have 48 special war clans, 2 for every hour of the day. Feel free to discuss.

I might have to point something out(not that i'm not disagreeing with kaw_admin, which i do) But everyone, keep in mind these are still 'trail wars" this is like the 'beta' version. We are all being monkey tested if you may so call it. At the end of the day, they are just trying to get it just right. And to do that, they have to test it first. By doing that, you will find a lot of problems, problems in which they have been trying to correct. And to be honest, to this day i have won/ lost a lot already. Have played almost EVERY single EE war from day 1. And it has changed a lot from when it first started almost 3 months ago. Undoubtedly matchmaking still needs some tweaking to do. One thing i'll say though. EE is getting close to getting it just right, but payouts need to be higher, as the only way to get higher payouts will be by spending more mith.... the only thing is, if match up looks SO close, and identical, theoretically, you dont know if you will win, so why spend 48mith if it looks like a tough match?

Disagree.the mechanics of this game is your responsability ATA. Tower build was on the same mechanics (take an advantage on others) in estoc wars. Wartax in pw was same too , osf at beginning of kaw was same too...Banned the fake accounts but dont put this on the kaw community . The conception of kaw is your responsability not ours. When i emailed you about tower builds in estoc wars. Did you banned people who used it? It was about your mechanics too. And all others who did same? By learning in a topic made by a mod .... You replayed experimented players use the mechanics... Non sense. Kaw just show his boring face now....Bann the cheaters and trashtalkers silenced one hundred times and after you can go in this way... I agree with Card if you make the mistake it means you devs didn't test Yo stuff like I said in my feedback proofread your work. This is why I cannot spent a cent on this game if I beta test for you guys why am I paying you guys money to be a test subject. You cannot punish a discovered mechanic on the players. The reason why I pick up this game because I was bored and this game was fun now this game is dry af to me. All the removing has killed my fire for the fun of the game. I log on and don't even look in the clan chat anymore because this game lost the meaning of war. There is so much things that never gotten a boost like battle list where is the reward for that oh nevermind because it doesn't make you enough money
Devs. I would agree with the Edge being taken away. But perhaps only the Mith that the clannies got from that particular war should be taken away. Otherwise you're taking away mith from possibly perfectly legitimate wars, which were won fairly. Plus some clannies might not even know that someone is cheating so I think that this might be a tiiiiiiny bit extreme
The bigger issue is the fact they cant sort matchups some wars are seeing bigger clans waring and having 11 extra members and you now try to blame the kaw player you get your end sorted and there wont be an issue we can only play to how you program ?
I can undestand the reasoning behind this... Last week, my 370bil ally got hired away about 90 minutes before war and i was able to bank it in land and 2 Vols...but what if my other allies get hired away during war (whom i am waiting to be sold to upgrade my buildings)? ^^The hire was by no intention supposed to interfere with my warring that time So wouldnt this just make ppl from other clans hire allies from a warring clan so that the person loses money? since looking for a sellable ally might take awhile, considering u dont want to hire allies from owners in war (with common courtesy)...so upgrading your buildings is the ffastest option, but if this is taken away, then other clans will start supporting their ally clans in war
It suddenly occurred to me that if upgrading buildings are not allowed after matched up for fear of players upgrading after the match up, leading to uneven matchups in strengths... What about players who had nearly 2T~3T out (either by keeping gold out or volley transferring, and enough for 4 T5BC allies), and doing massive allies purchase after the match up? The total increase in BFA is also could be as much as 45m~50m, which is equivalent to 900k to 1m in stats, almost as much 2 T5 balanced buildings. So if upgrading buildings are not allowed after match up, then allies purchase should not be allowed too. Yet if allies purchase are not allowed, then you are forcing players to lose gold by potting up when a big ally gets bought. Either way it doesn't make sense... really... Solving a problem in the buildings part, but creating even more unfairness on allies BFA portion. Just sharing what suddenly came into my mind for your considerations My suggestion, just remove the land trick after match up and during EE war. For upgrading of buildings, probably you could limit it to a maximum of 2 (or 1?) after match up and during EE war too.
Allies BFA adds up to individual strengths, and subsequently clan strengths. Since matchups are according to clan strengths, allies BFA definitely does matter in match ups. It wouldn't make any sense not to.
With regard to the NO MATCH UP AVAILABLE idea I think this would be a good interim or even permanent solution to bad matches though the lack of mith opportunity does bite. With regard to the even matches. If we were allowed to use war clans we would not have to cater for veiled members, at the moment the edge is more of a burden as you have to work roster around the veiled members or they must give up their edge to help the clan. Allowing us to travel to war clans without losing the edge will get more involved in wars, it will enable the clans to help improve matchups as we can then select a roster as close as possible to the maximum limits 45 or 60 or 100 from sub clans and alliances. This then leaves the devs to match up strengths of clans and this must include BFA. If you are going to stop upgrading or purchasing of builds after matchups then the issue is you are forcing players to waste gold potentially. An easy fix would be that from the time of the match up to 1 hour afterwards the bronze bars for all participants repay 100% of the investment this also increases the gold reward form wars an added incentive to war. Mith payout needs to be increased substantially to offset losses and purely to make it worth our time. Forfeit wars need to compensate winners for their loss of available actions and lost mith. Two hour skirmish wars are far more suitable for most allowing players to sign up to one a day but staggering the start times would help differing time zones. 4 options per day of start times and the clan could select which one if no available match up then they can try another time slot. I imagine that you would like to stop people from doing multiple wars a day but to be honest if some players want to bounce around and take the risk of losing multiple wars so be it. I doubt many if any clan would war more than once per day die to how demanding on time wars are. Allowing more to war using the above is the best way to encourage fair matchups and reduce imbalances in the wars. It limits the demand is developer involvement in matches if we are able to resolve the membership numbers ourselves. Punishing an entire clan for the actions of what could be a guest is unfair. Punishing that player and their main is more suitable but the key would be if you don't trust them don't war with them. Unfortunately that doesn't mean you can't be let down or have a mistake made. Though 10 empty land is hard to mistake. However having new builds not regenerate troops is also another simple fix to part of that exploit. Reset allies is stealing our gold IMO if you the devs reset an ally it is beyond the control of any player input. The account may have been active when purchased and its unfair to steal a players hard work or nobility and xtal earn't gold that was invested in that ally. Also whilst here equipment resets really do need to be limited to drops of 1-2 levels not full. Past is past but weeks months of inferno blown out in a minute is ridiculous. Again it can be a waste of real cash spent on xtals to earn those inferno and or gold to buy the inferno. Having our hard work on this game taken away from us is what is alienating your community. What we are asking is fair reward for our time and efforts.
To punish everyone in clan because of one individual Is totally disgusting. Kaw is going from bad too worse its bad enough people get banned for not doing a thing wrong now this. I think this is totally crap. Especially when other members don't know members of clans in real life. After all this is a computer game not real life. I really think you devs need to go around this in a better way instead of punishing the innocent.
Great job devs, on handling illegal accounts, however the real issue is not about wether the account is legal or illegal, it is about the landtrick exploit with it that needs to be disabled. By disabling the ability to build or upgrade after matchmaking the extent of the measure taken is way bigger than required for putting an end to the exploit. Simply blocking the opportunity to explore a new land and build on it would do the trick already. That way once an ally is hired away after matchmaking, it still enables players to do "a forced upgrade" if the time runs out to find a new suitable replacement ally. It happened to me twice that an ally was hired away during Estoc Trials, being forced to bank it in bars, loosing 25% of allyvalue. An even better solution would be to block the ability to hire allies from someone matched up for Estoc Trials, that would give the person whose ally was hired away 2 hours to find a new one, and nobody would endure the agony of an ally hired away during the war anymore. The extent of the punishment towards all clannies of just one person using an illegal account is way overdone for numerous reasons: 1) Many clannies are not even likely to know the existance of the illegal account, so why being punished for being a victim of the situation already 2) The amount of mith and level of Estoc Edge are hard earned, and is in no way related to the crime committed in a single Estoc Trial 3) Clans that are advertising to get their clan up to 30 active members to be able to war in the first place, have no control whatsoever to check on the status of the people's accounts they accept, being punished for that would be really harsh. So instead of punishing the people who have no influence at all on someone else cheating, there is a much more effective way to make potential cheaters think twice about cheating. So far I have seen only that the illegal accounts will be banned, wouldn't it be a much more effective measure if the legal main account would be reset as well ?! There has to be an important sidenote that cheating must be proved for the full 100% before measures are taken, since I have seen a post already about having multiple legal accounts on a single IP-address. Hope you devs pick up the best from all feedback to finalise appropriate and honest measures to handle cheating. Happy Kaw-ing everyone
The upgrading after matchup is a STRATEGY, just like any other game. In soccer, do they change the rules of the game every time a team finds a new formation which is an improvement on their current one? No. That's just my view, but I agree with banning illegal accounts.
@ Appleseeds Ally purchases shouldn't have to be eliminated in EE wars. An ally can be bought away (stripped) during an EE war, making it a viable tactic. Buying land, on the other hand, has a bigger impact on stats and cannot be manipulated by an outside player. By stopping building an upgrading, they've wiped out the land trick (for 20 plus free regenerations) and an easy exploit to offset the matchup system. Win:Win
