Re: Estoc Trials Season 1 - Week 2 War times suck for people in the uk, Dev's I'd like to know why the Americans have 2 x 3am starts while the uk/ Europe have 4 2am starts. ( I know the 3am starts are pdt time and edt times are 6am,) Surely it's not because you favour the yanks, because you are Americans your self, but it sure looks like it. The Bst time that the uk is now in is not the fault of the players, it's an outdated practise. But we shouldn't be punished for it, you obviously favour the American time zones but surely you could at least have moved the 10pm gmt time wars 1 hour earlier to enable working uk players to continue to war, players who you might be forgetting spend a lot of money on xtals/nob points during wars, or they did till they were unable to war.

Re: Estoc Trials Season 1 - Week 2 Dear devs. As many already said before me, changing the starttimes of wars 3 and 7 is about the worst you can do for Europe based players. Those two wars were about the only two that started at a sane time (6 pm and 9 pm). You could almost pick from all other wars to help Europe. Just a short list: war 1 (4 am), war 2 (12 pm), war 4 (4 am), war 5 (12 pm) etc etc. If I didnt know any better I would almost say you delibrately want to make wars for European based players impossible. So I hope you for once listen: change the times for war 3 and 7 back to the original ones and adjust any of these other wars. THANK YOU!!!!
Re: Estoc Trials Season 1 - Week 2 The reason why there are more times favorable to North American TZ's is because the vast majority of players live in the US or Canada. Thus, the times are proportional to the numbers playing in each area. That's the fairest thing I can possibly think of, and it makes perfect sense for a company to please as many people as it possibly can. Keep in mind, there are still a couple wars that have been created for European TZ's, making it at least proportional to the amount of players living in Europe. That being said, I do agree that the devs should figure out which times are best for European players, but I don't support changing any war times apart from the 2 already earmarked for Europe.
Re: Estoc Trials Season 1 - Week 2 @kaw_admin I suggest re-adjusting the starting times more appropriately for the following wars: 2, 5, 12 to be @ 9pm GMT 7 @ 6pm GMT When looking at a time zone map. GMT is in the Atlantic Ocean. I'm not sure how many players you have living there, but I sure hope they're happy. However, not adjusting these times accordingly do not favor anyone in the GMT 1 time zone (land-living players) which Im sure have more players than those living in the Atlantic Ocean. Also please advise me on which carrier has cell towers in the Atlantic, I'd like to subscribe to their service. ~King_ME
Re: Estoc Trials Season 1 - Week 2 Devs, Europe asked to make wars 2, 5 and 12 one hour earlier coz of daylight savings time. Instead you moved wars 3 and 7 into Europe working hours, making those times worse. As suggested by others, please have the Europe wars (apparently 3 and 7) start at 6, 7 or even 8 pm GMT. Those times suit Europe much better.

This is a points based tournament it should not make any difference whether a player is in one time zone or another. Every participant should have equal opportunity presented to them upon sign up. Excluding paying customers from being able to war because of ludicrous times is wrong totally. Half the wars need to be accessible for all players not just in the USA. You have far more than your fair share of wars and at the moment no European players with a life stand a chance at being able to compete in enough wars to get the offered rewards. As such this is not a tournament so much as a free giveaway to US players. If we are only to be allowed 2 wars for our time zones then surely our points should reflect that restriction and European players should get 4x more points per war ? Don't like it. Don't complain that European players of kaw want an even shot at the rewards offered. Due to the complete incompetence of the devs we have seen almost every decent war time eliminated. Every week fewer accessible wars and less incentive to war. This has become a joke. We are forced to pay to play in war then have no opportunity to compete evenly. Win or lose who cares. Ability to compete is the problem and that's what European customers have the right as paying customers to complain about. USA based players have a huge advantage In war time options Devs could of offered up war crystals free to paying customers ie buy 32 crystals get 32 free war crystals just to reduce the cost burden they have forced on many players. Remember not all are working or have enough allowance to spend hugely on this. Yet nothing from devs to offset even slightly the forced pay to play aspect. I don't want free but they could reduce the cost easily enough if they could be bothered. But as conclusively and consistently shown its the almighty US dollars and that alone that influences every decision. Not customer satisfaction.

Instead of changing the 2am wars or 11pm wars we explicitly ask you to change in the season 1 thread, you did none of these. You don't even answer on the thread anymore since we all posted you made a bad move. Can you reconsider what we asked or you just want to piss all uk/europeans guys forever ? We never had the chance to have good war times even in the past, always best for PDT and EDT, you don't even make a rotation so there is no equality at all, we are niw stuvk to 1/2 wars when others can do more than 7. You better do something to keep an happy community.
