Obviously so many wars were close in plunder and there is no telling who would have won if it wasn't for this glitch. Every fight should be fair and it wasn't since just one of the teams was warring under different conditions and should I say really unexpected conditions when u don't expect to be KOed and u r. Developers should be fair and award a draw to these wars, otherwise they make us pay for their mistakes.
I always love when something like this happens, and everyone believes that refund plus 2 xtals compensation isn't enough. You shouldn't war then. It is well known that there is a lag issue, and it has been publicly addressed as they are looking at it. But because you had a "brief period" of lag, you're assuming you would have won. Your enemy suffers the same lag. So it is even. But today's "Politically Correct" mentality is everyone should win mass amounts of **** because we tried hard. Life isn't always fair. Recognize a gift when it's given.

I agree with Jayde. Tough to ask for compensation of your time. If you can dedicate hours and hours towards KaW wars...im sorry to tell you but your RL time is not that valuable.
The point booza makes on page 2 is an incredible one. You're absolutely right booza and there is no disputing that whatsoever. That was a brilliant way to put it into perspective.
@scrote that's hardly true. Plenty of KaW players have respectable jobs and their time is valuable. They make room in their schedules to war because its something they enjoy to do. This potentially may not be across the board, but it is for a large majority(or we couldn't buy propacks or xtal packs) It's unfair to assume every kaw players time in invaluable.
@ brigantia Having a good job doesnt mean you dont have time to kill. Anyone can have free time - how you spend it is up to you. If you sacrifice work or family for KaW....FREAKIN KAW...then you should really re-examine your life. If you are just spending your spare time on the game, dont ask to be compensated when things dont go your way. Ever been to a movie and the projector didnt work?? You get your money back, and thats it! The theatre doesnt pay for your gas and the wage you could have been making. Been to a restaurant and the food wasnt of reasonable quality? You get the meal free (at best), but the restaurant doesnt pay you for spending your precious time in their establishment. I could continue with examples, but i think you get the point. The whole entitlement attitude is driving me ******* nuts.

@scrote My point was simply that all time is valuable, I suppose in even the worst of cases, time is a valuable asset we all a limited supply of. I'm not suggesting that they get a better payout other than just being compensated what they already put in. I was just pointing out that it was indeed a waste of precious time.
Why don't u take the win/loss out ? You did last time, poor thinking on how to fix glitches. You are inconsistent on how u handle it each time.
C'mon Devs...you need to get this right somehow!! This is way to glitchy. Every war it seems there is one problem or another. Matchups are still iffy. I understand that at times a poor matchup will result dependent upon what clans are signed up for EE. Something should be done to compensate clans for poor/uneven matchups in these cases. Before you say it was fair...today we were clan rank 12 with 39 participants vs clan rank 7 with 48 participants. They get 9 extra players---->18 extra xtals if needed. That is WRONG!!! Personally, I enjoy warring when it is competetive/glitch free. This does get old though. Every couple weeks this seems to happen at least once to almost everyone. If you want me to continue buying xtals to war with....DO SOMETHING ABOUT THESE PROBLEMS!!! Rest assured, until this is no longer an issue or you decide to compensate somehow for these cases...you WILL NOT see another xtal purchase from me!!! I encourage others to join me in my purchase ban to encourage the Devs to do something about this...This is a game...and it's not fun when stuff like this happens!!! If it's not fun, why on earth would I continue doing it???
@ scrote8, I'm the director of rooms at a Marriott. And when something happens at our hotel that inconveniences our guests, ie, plumbing issues, internet goes down, etc, not only do the guests get what they paid for free, but we always provide additional compensation for the inconvenience. Its called customer satisfaction. Kaw should try it sometimes. I'm pretty sure Marriott is a good business model to model yourself after.
"THIS IS LAG AWFUL! WE ARE COMING OUT OF KO TOO LATE" Few weeks later... "WE CAME OUT OF KO TO EARLY!! REFUND US!"
