Estoc Trials - Friday War 1 (blitz)

  1. Splat I think u are missing the major points. You shouldn't have to force fails to win a war. What wars are won with fails. Good strategy and successful actions should be the goal. Most wars were won by clans with most actions. In this bizarro world the clan with least spy actions is winning. Spies are worthless this week. 100k spd is prob the best build this week. Pure attk is the superior build. If this was season 1, clans wouldn't allow hansels in. Xtals would be irrelevant. Whoever can push 9 no pot steals the fastest to sko is in the dominant position. Yes it's a completely different strategy, but is this strategy sustainable. Can you do 50 wars like this? Will clans find any enjoyment out of warring like this. There were only 14 wars tonight. Friday night is usually packed.
     
  2. If you Turtle against me you will get KOed. Because I found the tactic that counters Turtling wanna act like Guile from street Fighter spam your attacks save your spies once your spies are over 80% assassinate spam after when the 5 mins are passed I bet you won't get a single action off :lol: :lol:

I'm not missing anything in the previous season it was all about the scout (imo was a lopsided thing anyway due to pots used against pots not used to defend) in these wars other spy activities have to be used instead, you that are whining about no strategy are whining because its opened up more strategy 1: ppl need to know how to use their own builds and learn how best to fit into the team 2: ppl will adapt to the new system, instead of whining about it and think of a way to combat it.

  7. People are going to realize Turtling is not broken as it used to be you had questing and clanmates to pin yourself. In the KO system you have to be aggressive and not let your opponent breathe. If a clan wins by turtling that means you was respecting your opponent too much and your clan was making bad guesses. Turtling is similar to Street fighter if your opponent does the same move over and over you download that and counter it if JohnQ comes out of KO around the 6 mins everytime. I'm going to assign my hitman to put him on lock.

Lol station you know nothing, you are the one calling yourself a veteran I simply shake the pedestal you put yourself on that's the reason you shouldn't argue, seeing as all of you winning are now whining much like the people when the old system wars were dismantled by the devs why not come on and see if I can help shape the new system perhaps it will bring more kingdoms back into the fray

People only think the disadvantage of being a Hansel build now for this war and complaining that clan don't really want to accept a Hansel in but please think again what about the pervious EE war we had, clan don't want to let an attack build like me in TOO, they prefer an hansel correct and did any attack build voice out?? So those Hansel who's complaining please think about this
     
  11. Splat they will adapt to it ... And the fix for wat the devs did with this test will kill ee war participation ... If u can't think thru wat it will take to combat it ill tell u in pm ... But the clans who dedicated themselves the first time could easily make the change to rule over these wars and all the plunder builds that refuse to fix builds will stop again .. But the wars will be worse off then they were

    Instead of dealing with wat the players who actually did the wars were complaining about (matches ,gh,and tz) they went and started a whole new set of issues

    Fix the problems u already had then move on to added features
     
  12. The problem was the ko mech the matchups, guild, hansels, timezones whatever just made the ko mech even worse clan 1 can't be matched with clan 2 realistically as clan 1 should get more successes than clan 2 your argument is invalid as matches will never be as good as u want them to be
     
  13. They could be by far better if the math they used was better ... I've seen many good suggestions on how ...
    More even matches would have fixed a lot of the issues...
    The few matches we had this last 6 months were great fun and not at all mechanical in nature .. All strategy and counter strategy the most fun I've ever had playing this game
     
  14. I participated in the 1 hour war and we won. My opinion so far is that the new system isn't any good, it requires no skill, no strategy and no teamwork. It's just everyone spamming targets for themselves that are 'maybe about to come up', hoping to get a hit in before they sko again. There is no time and therefore no use for any communication if you find an open. If you get hit, the delay is so long that the attacker has already sko'd by the time you try to hit back.
    Only the 1 hour duration was something I liked.
     
  15. Again the match only makes the ko mech worse the stronger clan will always have the upper hand
     
  16. And that's where ur lack of experience doing the wars shows ... Like I said before in a fair ee match there is no sitting on players u can't its too much back and forth

Lmao u don't get it I HAVE got experience and I HAVE an excellent understanding, I chose not to participate in chasing fad items rolled out by the devs and lastly there will never be a perfect match and its still the ko mech that's the problem if any of the other problems come into the war (high bfa/bfe, poor match)
