I think if bfa difference is small, then 3 member disadvantage *should*, in most cases, be impossible.
Would be nice if I could see exact stats of numbers differences and win/loss percentages from devs. I want to side with those here saying it can be overcome (which I somewhat agree) but I just wonder about the real numbers.
Knight - devs released information saying that 49% of the wars are won by the weaker clan. I know that doesn't address the numbers issue directly but weaker clans tend to have less members
