equipt infusion

  3. Just to add another thought, the infused equipment can also be made enchant-able. Also special one time drop equipment should not be included. So it's a level playing field.

    Infusion could only be done of same kind of equipment e.g attack equipment only infusible to other attack equipment and so on.

    No reply from devs So far  thought so

  5. Very raw form right now, but I like it.

    Going off the previous post. Maybe the new castle lvl can refund one aqua/inferno on a fail.

    Equip infusion ex: combine skorpion shield with storm bow 50b 10 aqua 10 inferno for best base stats or 25b 5 aqua 5 inferno for lesser. Or maybe the more will start it at L5 then enchant to 10, and minimum will start at 0.

    Combination issue, would it have to be same slot? Or could you cross slots to make a new slot, choose one of the two, or ..?
     
  6. Or if you combine two that are already max enchant will it be max lvl? Or one that is and one that isn't will it meet in the middle? Or even start it at 0 but refund all, most, or half the elements used
     
  7. The levels if say infused if fully enchanted equipment should pass on to the infused equipment. Plus im'a put in mithril in the mix too with aqua and inferno. Since aqua drop is still rare id say aqua to inferno ratio 1:2 or 1:3 or something like that. But the infused equipment should be better and higher than the originals to start. What's the point of infusing if it won't be better in stats.

    Plus one equipment infused the originals gone and the player should be entitled to the original drops again so they can infuse other iterations.


    I'd really like devs to pitch in and spill their thoughts here. So we know they are really looking at this.

  9. Support but should be different equip for each on so say I fused spiky helmet with hairy legs and someone else does it they get a different equip than me but others could get the equip we have to so there's 2 equip you could possibly get from it

  12. Not a bad idea, but you would need a way to stockpile your equips so you could combine easier. I think instead of getting aqua/inferno if you already have the item, you should be able to trade it to the metallurgist for aqua/inferno if you want to. Also, combined items should have a certain level of RNG to it just to keep trolling the players. Your combinations should not fail, but they should have a chance to roll VERY good (more than the combined stat of both items - very rare, one in a thousand maybe) and VERY bad (less than the stats of a single weapon (think disenchant but worse) one in 10 chance) and a "normal" roll, the combined stats of both weapons at 60%-90% (higher/lower are more uncommon than mid rolls)

    You shouldn't be able to combine items out of their respective categories, unless they find a way to make it make sense. You could combine a sword with another sword to give you a bonus of both, or you could combine two rings. In special cases you might be able to mix categories like quicksilver plates and something with spikes to make them have thorns, increasing the damage, or combine it with a piece of armor to make it a defensive item.

    It was way too well accepted on the first page to be current.
