Maybe KaW_Community will come on and apologise for the enchantment reset glitch and refund us some Mage ...... On the other hand ..... Probably not.
Thanks for the feedback. I'll consider it in the next promo/set of equip. But one thing to note is that if the prize structure for an item is like this: Level 1 -> small number of moths, easy to get Level 5 -> moderate number of moths, hard to get Level 10 -> so many moths, so hard to get We aren't going to make it easy to get from level 4 to level 5 OR from level 9 to level 10. Otherwise why would anyone bother to try to collect enough moths to get to level 10? They would simply collect enough for level 1, and enchant their way to level 10. In the future, we'll make less resets to lower level, but the transition from one tier to the next (getting from 4 to 5 or from 9 to 10 in the above example) will always be extremely difficult.
Fails I can tolerate. You try and fail that's disappointing but expected to make the game a little interesting. However, the resets partial or full are what get's my goat. This is true for any equip. A full reset of all levels is down right disheartening. Even a partial step where you eliminated resets would be a very nice improvement.
Thanks for the reply KaW Admin. Appreciate that and I do understand in a promotion/event like this with the tiered rewards a tiered difficulty level for enchantment makes perfect sense. And in my opinion the incentive to reach the next level for better equipment should really be enough. Add to that a new much higher cost of enchantment and you will see no change in effort levels I think. Or you could simply add more tiers to give better already enchanted equipment, that could work as a good incentive to keep pushing on any promo. Thanks

You mention considering my idea for next promo/set of equipment but won't that be the Season 3 rewards which will have a 100% Mith based reward system? Come on Devs... Gonna have to get up a little earlier to pull one like that over on us
If it was implemented I would do it don't get me wrong, but I think it would make the game too easy in equip sense. It always makes me nervous to enchant my equip(hence while my exo is lvl9). If it was easier to enchant then that feeling would go away and make it less enjoyable when you do finally get it to 10. If they do implement this then they would have to raise the amount of aqua/inferno for each level, and it will probably equal out to around the same amount had it failed. That's just my opinion do with it what you please ️

Trust me friend the feeling of getting to top lvl would still be AMAZING.....SHAMAZEBALLS infact No seriously you can all see that in the vast majority of cases peeps hate the failing enchantment of ANY equipment. There was such jubilation when they changed the Mith equip mechanic. And everyone feels the same joy when they they get that equip to max....and why I hear u ask? Well it's because it's not easy that's why. Winning aqua and inferno is NOT easy it's random and devs could change it to make it more rare meaning we are all more likely to spend rl cash getting it to enchant. Everyone just hates the fails and the resets. And I think that needs to change.
Still doesnt add up to me. This system basicly makes all moth gear from lvl 9 and down useless. The amount of aqua and inferno people are using trying to get it to lvl 10-11-12 has taken them months and months to collect. And will take many more months to collect again. During all that time its alot easier to aim for other gear thats equal or better. Or maybe even new better gear will be released before u manage to collect enough aqua and inferno to get it up to a usefull lvl.
Season 3 excluded, we'll consider it for the next promo equipment. Reading through this thread has convinced me to do less resets overall. The people have been heard.

This should have been stated upon receiving the items. Many of us have wasted 100s of inf / aqua not knowing and excited about the new equipment.
What about two enchantment options. Regular price has same fail rate, or pay the Mage 4 times as much to gaurantee success. Small players still wouldn't do the gauranteed enchantment often due to lack of Aqua/Inferno. I doubt I would much, maybe for level 10 bow, level 12 icetail. Reg Echant: 3/4 Guaranteed: 12/16 Sound reasonable. Covers 3 fails.
