EQUIPMENT GUARANTEED ENCHANTMENT...Discuss

  3. Yes I too have been so frustrated I quit playing for awhile. 12 of 13 fails. My bow at 0 after getting to 6 and resetting 4 times to 0. Fails should at least b a 50/50 shot. Resets maybe 10-20. Also have gotten 1 inferno drop since Xmas. I have over 130 aqua however. COME-ON combination of both Will cause me to cease play if continues!
     
  4. Im half and half, personally, i would prefer that if you failed your enhancement it would just stay at the same already aquired level instead or drop down/reset
    my Aureate bracer, has rest to 0 every time i try lvl 8 so i feel your pain, and support your proposal but with a different view
     
  5. failing is one thing, but resets should not happen. something has to change.
     
  6. I agree with Harry I'm okay with failing I just don't like the resets
     
  7. A friend of mine recently quit(after2-3yrs)because of this very problem, something does need to be done...not necessarily 100% success, but certainly a higher rate than is current, or at very least no drop in lvl after fails.

  10. Support : remove resets, most of us don't mind some fails, but resets are annoying -_-
     
  11. What if they had an item in market place (for like 5 nobs) that ensured equip enchantment?
     
  12. In my experience enchanting, the success rate is maybe 1 success in 20 attempts. (If I'm lucky)
    As bad as it is already just trying to get the equip and elements, a change is definitely needed. Especially considering equip can reset to 0, and the cost of enchanting is already ridiculous.
    My suggestions:
    Enchanting any lvl 0 to lvl1 should never fail.
    Aqua / inferno should drop from all EB's.
    Resets should either be eliminated or capped. (1 possible reset per piece)
    Could consider a % for fail rates. Lvl 0= 100% chance of success. Level 10 = 10% chance, etc.
    The game is growing faster than a lot of us can keep up with. Please give us a break before you lose more ppl getting frustrated over things like this.

I have already written a thread regarding a way to get equipment enchanted with ease "potential idea for a new mithril spell" at the tail end of last year that kaw admin commented on and said nice idea so hopefully they may implement a version of what I suggested. It was basically a spell called master mage, it would cost around 50-75 mithril and would give between 3-5 100% successful enchants on any equipment you choose to enchant wit the spell active.
