I don’t know if some change has occurred or what but these last two events seem to have a noticeable increase in equipment fail. For example I just spent over 500 aqua and only got the item to lv8. I’m unsure how much inferno as I had more of it but I assume it must be around the same number. Is anyone else having this issue or am I extremely unlucky?
Not noticed anything myself. I tend to average about 100-150 aqua and inferno getting a piece to level 10. My guess is luck wasn't on your side
