What you want them to say? Devs: "we are currently looking to resolve this problem." Kaw players: "OMG EVEN THO YOU TOLD US YOU ARE WORKING ON IT, I STILL WILL COMPLAIN." Might as well get the complaints after it's resolved
lol yeah u are right. but wouldn't it looked worse by not replying? PR handling is as important as the game itself.
Hopefully it is resoloved soon. At least mive quickly to remove the inactive spell. We have missed one additional war because of it and are about to miss signups for another clan war. Cheers, Kage
Devs are working on it. Just had my inactive spell removed. However EE level was not restored. Hopefully all is resolved for the next primal war. Cheers, Kage.
Inactive spells have been removed and players should be compensated to be at a similar point as if they had of won the war (in the case of a loss). We're also looking into the issue to ensure it's fully resolved.

Mistakes happen. But they happen way to regularly. Almost every new update is late or has bugs. Literally EVERY one. Name an update that hasn't that's Been planned lol.
