  1. Lol just because there's space right there u think there will be 25 more lands 

  2. Would have liked to see a more kinda WAR update, instead of these silly eb's! I know theres a war update coming out but frankly that's not really good enough! Devs work on an idea to bring back the WAR side to Kingdoms at War please! Its embarrassing to see people cry on other peoples walls because they got hit a few times!!!

  3. Swiggy that's half the fun of farming though

  4. and how is the war update not good enough?

  5. MAKE NEW UPDATES AVAILABKE TO NOOBS LIKE ME!!!

  6. Because system wars are rubbish! Nothing beats a good old OSW! You can do more damage and wear people down in an OSW leaving them potless and naked then you can in a system war and to me that reward of beating whoever I'm against is much better then being rewarded with gold/myth! Farming is good until the idiots cry on my wall that is the noob generation now they dunno what it is like to be hit!

  7. Thanks devs for ruining the game!

  8. Well seeing as its not out yet and you know next to nothing about the update how can you say they just ruined the game?

  9. They just keep contributing to ruining the game. Every update gets worse and worse. It's more focused on eb and growing. And getting far away from wars. It's just ruining the game. Should change the name to kingdoms against environments.

  10. It sounds great, looking froward to the new update, but no time scale at all was given. When are we to expect all this?

  11. They're the devs, anytime between a day and a year lol

  12. Do we need the castle code to upgrade to level 3?

  13. Based on info devs have given, seems like a pretty neutral update (which based on past updates is a good thing).

Basically, looks you have the choice to spend mith and/or gold to get some increased bonuses to your items. I don't know what the prices will be, but you have the choice whether to pursue enchantments or not.

It's not a huge time sink if it's only gold and mith, especially if you've been stocking mith for these expected changes (at least no more so than ally trading). Looks like it'll take some gold out of the game, which is a good thing too.

    Not too shabby devs!

  14. @OS

Perhaps, although I did two resets when I was a noob (took awhile to LC...) then I reset when I was about 3M stats and finished them up. I found more wars/drama when I was under the 1.5M stat range. So I stayed their for awhile.

Regardless of how long you've been playing, that doesn't equate to how your stats SHOULD look. That's like me saying because someone can HLBC in 2 months or so that everyone should be like that.

Either way, these high clan tourneys will no doubt hinder the lower stat people. Like I said in another post, look at these forum built wars. They start small, gradually grow, then end up with all Mercs, all clans filled with 8-9M star people.

  15. Macabre - nice post though I suggest a broader picture.
For games of this type that eventually die, they fall victim primarily in one of two areas: they become stale and interest is lost, or, they add activities without a clear set purpose (goal) and become little more than chaotic messes.
KAW is definitely not in the former category. Hopefully it is not evolving into the latter. Time will tell.
What would, I feel, help with a lot of the discontent if we (the users) had some basic idea the devs are driving this game towards.

... Time for more popcorn 

  16. IGCB:

I am not suggesting that anybody should look a certain way simply because it is possible, but if participation in a war tournament is high on your gaming agenda (as the ASW was/is to many) then there is very little stopping someone achieving a stat standard that would allow it to happen.

By CHOOSING to stay at a certain level of build, players allow themselves access to areas of gameplay that is not available to others that choose an alternate path.

Without condoning or promoting plunder wars, your size build would not be a popular destination as an OSF (during that particular period of the game's evolution).

Your size, build type and playing style are your own choice. This is the one resounding factor of gameplay that makes this game special. Your decisions surrounding your kingdom makes the experience what you want it to be.

I was only pointing this out because, as you will know through your experience, if you want to change what you do in this game it takes very little effort to do so.

    @Rhonin,

Yes, the evolution is key to keeping the game from going stale. I don't, however, feel that the direction that the developers see the game going in needs to be shared.

As everyone knows, this game is a moneymaker. We can be pretty sure that someone at ATA goes home at night and gives themselves a high five to celebrate how much income this generates.

But they are also very receptive to the players. On two occasions this year they have attempted to devalue the reset items and on both occasions they have backed down and not done it solely on pressure from players.

I doubt that players of COD would achieve the same level of interaction if they didn't approve of an update, let alone have the chance to comment BEFORE it was released.

I think we are very lucky in that we, as users, have a good say in changes that are developed for the game (within limits, of course).

  17. Heck yea, sounds great!  it a gamble but hey, sometimes you need to risk it all.

  18. This might seem contradictory... I'm really not big on devaluing what a person has accomplished. But... seriously item hunting is insane already. I think that adding on the enchantment option isn't a bad idea but... PLEASE! Don't give the sort of retardedly low drop rates that we see when chasing items in order to get the parts needed to do enchantments. Especially since you're throwing in the possibility of a massive failure as well! And let's be honest here... 1 drop per epic battle, when there's 100 people doing that battle, is absolute garbage. At current we don't even get that. So please please please... Make the drop rates reasonable enough that you're not looking at spending months to get 1 item upgraded the way that you're already investing months to get an FoD sword.

  19. When does this feature become avalible??

  20. well glad to see you guys took my idea of a level 3 castle, not exactly what i was going for, but looks legit. I was kind of hoping that you could have 2 different options on the upgrade, 1. could be getting units every 4.5 min instead of 5, 2. get more units be building, say 10%. but i'm glad to have updates like this makes its a little harder to stop playing. and people who are complaining shut up and change your tampon.
