That's how we track pretty much. Simple and efficient.

 

You're handwriting is terrible! Lol! Calligraphy is a lost art. I'll have to post some of my lists I've made. They're going to induct my notebooks into the Louvre one day I swear on it

Seriously though, pen and paper and PC for longer and easier log history and reference. Kids and their fancy programs

The main problem with tracking without a PC is barcode names.
On iDevice it's near impossible to tell the difference. You can't write down waves when you don't know which of the 10 people with BC was just KO'd. But otherwise (unless someone answered this already), this is all true.
