In those 2 any attempt would count even if you are KOed before you can attempt any actions and get the "You are KOed" message, I made number 4 in case they want to just say they are trying but are really just trying to throw the war. If you are a legitimate player and still fall into one of these categories then why should you get any EE? EE should be for people that contributed to the war and not just sit there even if you are a tank or PS.
Funny you should be the one to say that considering you were inactive my last indi war... If anyone wants to check this, check out the clan that warred against "Virtuous Raiders" on 15-NOV-2015 when the clans appear again for indi wars. You will see lIlIl-IIll-TU-RT-LE-IIlI-llIIl had about 10 actions and was only KOed 3 times... I will update this post if I find that I am wrong but I am pretty sure I am not.
There should be a 3 strike system in place for idiots like this three strikes in a year should be perm banned from wars IMO and any inactivity resulting in a full strip of any ee lvl.The only way we can prevent these morons from singing up every couple of weeks to throw wars is perm ban
