I don't know if I like TERRA's solution but creating multiple accounts to transfer 1 bill or so of gold seems pretty crazy. I have no doubt someone will abuse it but that would take some pretty nutty investment of time and effort and will only be more and more difficult the bigger your account is. Anything can be abused. The devs should look for something abuse resistent not abuse proof
I suspect that without specific instructions to use any lump sum,starting gold to buy allies and reach max plunder, new players are likely to just go on a land buying/building spree and still have nothing for ally,purchase. There is a lot of temptation when you first start to see those cs numbers raise fast. So even if starter gold isn't abused by alts, I don't know thst it will really end up providing a meaningful solution.
So you can't reach max plunder because your allies are being bought too quickly?! So what your saying is you're making gold with no cost or consequence. At a faster rate then you normally would from getting max plunder? And you choose to moan about it?
At some points there is no small allies to be hired. It is also frustrating for new players who don't understand to try and hold onto allies that are hired instantly
Ally trading.. It worked for Metallicana. *But as the person above me said, often you can't buy an ally to begin with.
The whole point of volleying is to give new players enough gold to buy forges and guilds to hit WB. You cant hit warbeasts as a new account with crummy stables. The amount of gold needed to get a decent start to hit tier 1 ebs without the devs giving free lands and plunder boosts is supplied with vollies to around 5b. And I mean WARBEASTS.. Not ROTWB. The first ebs a newb needs to hit are T1 level, not try to jump then into ROTWB then directly onto TFO/recks. Otherwise they fail to learn through progress, and are thrown into a unforgiving pots regen that they cant throw items at: due to no gold for pots
Those of you opining at solutions when at 20mcs need to go start a new clan from scratch, and unlock ebs with no alliance to support you. You'll find the game still works as it always has, and there really isnt a problem if your newbies figure out they have to offload more than once a day.
