  1. Day 12, I've given up on my diet and have entered into binge eating contests because I couldn't handle only Having vegetables and water everyday
     
  2. Try cutting back on breads and find a decent drink you do like.

    Calories arent that bad if they are accompanied by vitamins and such.

    I know i said i eat whatever i want, but the truth is, i eat small portions about 5 times a day.

    And remember, it can take up to 15 minutes for your brain to receive the "you're full" message from your stomach.

  5. With a high exercise routine, you're going to die eating 800-1400 calories a day. I probably eat 4000 daily now and sit at 190 lbs.

    You're safe probably around 2-2500 and still lose weight as long as you maintain rigorous activity.
     
  6. Your body needs at least 1100 calories to maintain proper function honestly. Increasing that with your workout you will drop weight but way to fast and that can be dangerous for your entire body.

  9. Eating that little will put your body in starvation mode. It will start storing everything you eat as fat as well as lowering your energy output. You might lose some weight at the start but that will quickly stop and you will put it all back on and then some
     
  10. Awesome work op. One entire day certainly makes for conclusive data.

    If you plan to keep your calories that high, i suggest you get at least 600-700 of those calories from caffinated or high fibrous food - that way everything will just rush through you like a bullet train. The remaining few hundred calories can even be from soda if you like. That balance will make you a perfect picture of American health.

    If you are really serious about change, try cutting to 250 calories a day. Within a week you should be unable to make anymore garbage forum posts.

    Oh - and no weightlifting, it's terrible for your joints.

  13. Dieting is bad for you if you don't know how to do it and 95% of the time you don't need to diet just get off your far lazy ass for once.

    Fun fact for dieters the "health" food you buy isn't healthy it's a scam, the only healthy food you can trust is fresh foods, home grown or just eat a natural BALANCED diet.

    Pills like cod liver oil and nutrient supplements are a waste of your money, you only take supplements if your doctor tells you to because you're medically lacking in that particular nutrient other wise your body will just poo it all out.

    The starvation diet you're trying doesn't work and has been proven that it never works over long term just a short term fix to your fat ass, it's unhealthy as it forces your body to eat itself and when you finally come off it the. Diet you will quickly regain the Wright returning to your original fat ass before the diet.

    As I said thought out the post you only need to have regular exercise about a hour a day walking cycling jogging, what ever you like just move around. And cutting out trash foods like fast foods and sodas, and to final point for the love of god do not eat foods like the weight watchers food, it's the same crap just a smaller portion. (Similar to starving your body)
     
  14. Most people miss count their calories. With that said if your calorie count is correct, you need at least 1500 calories daily.

    Try bodybuilding.Com forum. Filter out the bro science n trolling. Some decent stuff there
