Gotta love these morons who don't know a thing about history. The mid seventies saw severe energy crisis which cancelled Apollo 18 and 19. Can't justify going to the moon when ppl halve to ration gas. In the 80's shift focused to the space shuttle program and interest in the moon waned when it became apparent the yanks won the space race. Personally, I think all these morons who wanna go back to the moon should try funding it. Put your money where your mouth is.
NASA.com for all those needing answers to this very stupid and useless thread. We now the Rosetta satellite stationed on an asteroid hurtling through space gathering information on our solar system. Once they landed on the moon and placed stationary sensors, it was why should we stop there, so they sent two more long range telco pea out in the 90's which have now passed out of our solar system and are in free space.
A scientist would have figured out by now we didn't land on the moon if we didn't. Also, what do you think nasa is? It's just too expensive and useless to send people there. Also, a private company is making a space ship currently from what I've heard for the very purpose of taking trips to the moon. But it would cost billions to go and stay for any length of time.

Queen, why not? Don't you mean why? What does humanity gain from going to a barren rock. There is no gain in going back to the moon. Health science or profit wise. So why should anyone in times when people are dying of disease and starvation. Where people live in squalor and hardship. Why on earth would any government waste it's valuable resources sending a spacecraft to the moon, just to prove we can send a man to a barren wasteland? The arms race is won. We have the nukes. We have the ability to send them anywhere on earth at the press of a button. Why do we need to demonstrate that ability having already done that decades earlier?

There is plenty of third party evidence of the moon landings. Japan, India, China, and Russia all have their own space programs and have found their own evidence of the USA's moon landings. Those nations have no reason to doctor evidence for NASA or the USA. If you can think of a reason they would have to help nasa fake the moon landings please share. Sometimes it helps to search for proof of the landings, rather than proof of the landing not happening.
No, We can barely communicate and still using 30 year old commercial air planes , it is imposible that 50 years ago, man had the technology to go to the moon...
