Let me put some logic in this. Removing the 3.5mm jack has probably been on of the best thing Apple have done in a long time. Whoa whoa whoa before you get your panties twisted let me give you logical reasons. 1. Well the most obvious reason is that there is less entry way that water could get into. That is good to me. 2. No doubt it takes up a lot of space. Nobody can deny that it is huge. ALSO the people say "why would they take it out to shed a few mm". Lesson it's the same thickness as the 6s so stop complaining about that reason. 3. "Supposedly" using the lightening point sounds better than the 3.5mm. I personally don't count this as a true reason because I think it's very small deference. 4. This is the reason why I love the removal. This is why I adore Apple as a company more than ever. Cutting the jack means that the advancement of wireless headphone technology will accelerate. This means better sounding, better battery, and cheaper. I'm pretty sure Apple knows this and they. Reason #4 is the same reason I AM NOT BUYING the iPhone 7 wireless technology is not ready yet. I'm keeping my s6 and waiting till 2017 to choose if the s8 or the next iPhone.
