Crux Crusade Issue

I bought 1 key and opened 1 chest. When I tried to buy another key after the first expired it said I had no chest. What did I do wrong?

 

I love using my 100% plunder spell on TSGs. That item phase pays so got dam good

 

it is actually a good mistake. has been a long time since freebies are given out to everyone. getting rewards from hunts & season wars are more difficult these days. thks for the chest : >

Same here... I had two chests...brought one key. Now my second chest has gone....oh well.

No chest received at all... Interesting way of fixing things...

 

I have yet to receive my 2 chests.Logged out/in still nothing. Little help please Devs.

 

Received two chests, now it says I don't have one. . I've only used one should have one more. :/

Funny, I have 3 chests in my inventory. Thought that this was impossible.
