If only I could write this well...not to sound full of myself...but I almost started crying because I'm not good enough to write like this...
We started towards the meteor when I noticed that all the sand was crowding around Caleb's feet wherever he stepped. Even so I kept quiet. Jon kept going in and out of the visible spectrum but neither him nor Caleb noticed. When we finally got to the meteor we were super tired, no pun intended. But for some reason the closer we got the stronger I felt.
When we were about 3 inches from it power surged through me and I started to float. As a matter of fact all three of us were floating
Chapter 4 We were rising in the air. First it was slow then faster and faster. Before I realized what was happening we were right beside a cloud. I focused myself to try and control the direction I flew in. After awhile I got used to it and within seconds I was zooming through clouds. "Race ya to the ground!" I yelled to Jon and Caleb. "Your on" they both replied. So as we zoomed towards the ground I looked around in amazement. We were flying through the air at about 90 miles an hour. Not only was that awesome it was also crazy.
If I tried to explain this to Mrs. Jade she would never believe me. Then a shocking thought occurred to me. Where was Mrs. Jade. when we reached the ground, which only took about two minutes I told my thought to Jon and Caleb.
They both looked worried then we heard a groan. "Well that was convenient considering the fact that you just mentioned Mrs. Jade." Caleb said. But when we turned around it wasn't Mrs. Jade but more like a superhero. At least we didn't think it was Mrs. Jade. I touched her forehead and she looked more alive. She sat up and looked at me like I was her long lost son. "I sense a presence" she said looking around. "What is this, Star Wars?" I said. She pulled me down to the ground behind large boulder big enough for all of us to fit behind. I motioned for Jon and Caleb to come behind it too. If this lady was serious I wasn't taking any chances.
Chapter 5 When we were behind the rock the lady looked at me and said "Use your energy search". "My what?" I replied confused. "The power you used to heal me, focus it and search around for an energy source which, in this case, will be a person" she explained. I looked at her like she was crazy. "Well, here we go" I sighed. I focused my power and searched around. It was incredible, it was like I was using sonar.
But the weirdest thing was that I found about 200 people slowly moving towards us. "What are those things?" I asked. Jon and Caleb looked at me, puzzled. "They are zombies" the lady replied. "Oh so now its Call of Duty" I replied. "So we get to fight zombies" Caleb asked. "Yes, you must" the lady replied.
I think it would be helpful if you wrote everything out in one long post. Paragraphing would be good too.
This story is awesome. But why keep us on pins and needles? I want MORE....... and I need it NOW!!!!! Great job man keep it up!
