I also think you are currently too small. Get to about 3 mil attack and then save up for ssd towers on hl. Also do different EBs. You need the equipment for war.
I would not say you are "too small". But converting your attk buildings would be a start as well. Go all heavy attk bldgs on ll. Stack gold and get 1m sdt. Then add 1m adt. Converting in bulk makes the change easier. As for plunder.... Who gives a ****. It's fake gold. Keep a few SOS' on LL and build up as you go. If you are however worried about plunder then skip out on warring. Go find the kaw calculator input your build then adjust it to find out what bldgs you need and where to put them to maximize stats.. Not plunder. I also say convert now and learn how to war now. You won't get into many EE war clans without experience. Do chaos wars and buy mith equipment to increase BFE. All of this talk of plunder just reminds me how noobs join this game and are never taught to war anymore. Build your towers, screw the plunder,
Yeah I have 1 L3 Tower on my highlands, and 5 L2 Elemental Towers, along with two spy fortresses. 400K ADT and 200K SDT, I've gained about 1.4M CS since then and am close to 6M.
Ya I'd have to agree with some of the others. Your def gonna need 1.5 2 mil SDT, as well as filling out your equipment. Like versa said don't worry about the plunder loss from towers EE will work that out for ya. I would just get ready for season 3 if I was you, there's plenty of time for you to get prepared.
IMO you should farm ppl, get into osw, get involved in war clan, you can have the best build in the world, don't mean without experience. Figure your strengths and weakness, adapt to suit, you will take a beating but you'll be stronger for it. No point creating a build someone had advised and not know what to do with it. Get your bfe, and as an fyi, only noobs used to put towers up, now everyone has em, the game changes, you just gotta roll with it .
Towers are useless in OSW, unless you plan to be an FL/are protecting more than 75 bil in allies. Otherwise they're just a massive detriment to plunder. I wish people would stop assuming attack builds are only used for EBs.
