Everything depends on how soon Apple will approve the new update. But the good news is that it won't take more than 14 business days. 4 days are already gone. So in maximum 10 more business days you'll get the new update.

Re: Scheduled Server Maintenance (03/24/2014) Thanks for this. Basically we're waiting on the update to be approved and can't do anything to speed this process up. In the past, Apple has been generally pretty quick in approving updates, so we're hoping we hear back from them soon.

Android environment let you do that... in order to install an off-market application all is needed is to activate "unknown sources" in settings. Like this you would have thousands of free testers and if there's bugs nobody can complain (heck...its beta version). Once all the bugs are solved you can release the stable version on Play Store. I think ATA can only win from this: no more unhappy customers and also give an opportunity to those who wants to be involved. I fail to see any cons of this.
