During my first year exams at uni a group of people took E before going into an exam and raced the high, none of them managed :lol: they're all just laughing as they finished and random giggles under their breath the whole time :lol:
I had a guy take what he thought was E and turned out to be viagra. Not fun for him. Yes it lasted over four hours.
That would've been pretty disappointing One time after an afternoon exam I had a morning exam the next day and I was so just completely exhausted and unwilling to cram for next morning's exam (which id barely studied for) i convinced a couple of my friends to smoke some green with me and skip forward to last june when i got my results- that exam was my best mark :lol:
Oh that reminds me of the time when I ate dab gummies for my birthday and went to my philosophy class stoned off my ass and those were the best notes I took all year

Know what your learning style is and focus on that. Relying on lectures is academic suicide, you might be more comfortable reading through the course material at your own pace, or learning in seminar/tutorial discussions. If your college doesn't offer them (!) start a student club for your field so you can have discussions with other enthusiastic students. Learn to set agendas and manage meetings. Put the hours in, don't let other people hold you back, keep your IT skills up and hone your writing skills.
I always find it ironic that less fortunate or less well off people are usually the ones to say college/uni is for snobs yet students are probably some of the most open and accepting people in the world
