Clan mass messaging? It could get abused and result in spam. Also, clan owners and admins already have three tools of communication at their disposal: CP, CA, and CC. CP is more of a guideline to refer to than anything else. CA is a more private way of communication that all clan members are able to see upon opening clan chat. CC is a medium of communication between the owner, admins, and members. However, no one gets notifications from either of these. Clan mass messaging could be helpful as it may alert offline members who have the game downloaded on their phone/tablet with notifications turned on. Scenario A: player 1 hits items in hte, player 2 complains, player 3 sends out a warning to clan members Scenario B: player 1 bad mouths clan in wc, player 1 gets kicked, player 2 send outs a warning to clan members Scenario C: players 1, 2, 3, 4, 5, 6, 7, 8, 9, 10, 11 and 12 are offline and inactive in EB, player 13 tries to join clan for blood rains, clan is full, player 13 walls admin, player 14 sends out an alert to inactive members to start hitting their worth or be kicked (In Scenario C, you have 12 inactives you have to alert all at the same time. Some owners/admins may not have the time for this as they are busy with real life.) Some people might say that the devs don't care about the game enough to implement whatever players suggest but it's not the truth- devs have spent their time doing whatever they find improves the game experience. Would clan mass messaging significantly improve the game experience? In my opinion, that's up to the new players who find this game. Why? New players need some incentive to continue to play this game. Older, more active players don't need any such incentive- they'll keep playing until the end of time. (Maybe if you farm some players, they'd drop build and go inactive. But seriously, it's a war game. You can get attacked any time and any day someone wants to. Hits are part of the game.) That said, the devs still have to keep a certain balance in changes to prevent imbalance and exploits as well as to keep players from leaving the game. If this is implemented, how many new players would suddenly start staying? Zero. It wouldn't make a difference. However, remember Scenario C. Clan mass messaging would be helpful to active players. Also, new players who are transitioning into slightly more experienced players would find clan mass messaging to be an incentive to stay within their clan to get important news. Stay in the clan -> participate in eb -> get clan news -> be attracted back to the game by notifications -> talk in CC -> interact with other players -> socialize -> make friends -> come back to the game -> chat -> hit some on eb -> repeat. Somewhere along the way, players may decide to buy SOD/xtals/nobs. a. To progress in the game (SOD and xtals) b. To make a name change

Yeah, but you "know" they have a wall. Some folks just want to keep kaw in kaw. That said, its not something i need, but id use it if it was there. Edit: Especially after a few to many drinks. Everyone is getting a 2am pm!!!
How annoying is it to wall a lot of inactives and having to keep going back and scrolling down its very annoying and time conusning. I would use it for tha but for anything else that's what ca cc and cp are for
Clan mass message would be easier but would need limitations like only admins and owners can do it and a certain amount in a given time. Prevents spam and abuse. Could show up in pms.
Is it needed? Nah Would it be convenient? Yeah It just seems like it would be a normal feature with an app that has so many types of chat. Id prefer a select all with an individual select option.
