Concept ok and needs detail. Suggest a simple counter of actions. All actions (eb, ee, pvp)...and the counter resets to zero every time you leave or join a clan. This means it works when outside a clan going pvp solo. So its a bonus for commitment...no matter what style of play u prefer. Make the counter visible on profile and also on clan roster so when admins hovering over kick button they might think twice when appropriate. Suggested bonus to spy & troop attack stats: 5,000 actions 1% 10, 000 actions 2% 20, 000 actiins 3% 40, 000 actions 4% (max) No plunder bonus...just offensive stats benefit. By doing so...has a benefit for all committed players, pvp included. Ty op for providing and prompting ideas.
I've suggested this before: A weekly clan incentive bonus. For every week you stay in a clan your bonus increases. 1%-2% plunder bonus per week capped at 10 weeks and 15% Why plunder and not stat bonus? Because people actively see a plunder change and get more excited about it. A % stat increase is invisible and tends to be forgotten about. The 15% plunder bonus is enough to make a small difference but not enough where the EE crowd will get upset.
B I just found a way around this like 5 posts up. A 6 hour grace period should be applied before it goes away. So if you're kicked to make room and you're active just reapply, if you go to help a clan you have 6 hours to do so. If the eb has more then 6hrs they shouldn't be doing it. I personally think it can be in spell form like estoc edge, it recasts itself slightly stronger in 6 hours(implement this in anyway needed) and it only recasts if you're in the same clan if not, it restarts
I think stats are more useful to all players of all styles, while plunder bonus is aimed at eb players...which so much of the game and promos are aimed at now. Now I wonder what players would choose if when the counter stated you had to nominate if u wanted the % to be plunder or offensive stats? Hmmm I like the idea of the player choosing. And because players might live to regret that choice and even consider deliberately resetting their counter to switch strategy. Ty op.
And @scarred wht if sub is doing a NQ unlock, etc. etc. You wouldnt expect sub-clan to just suck it up bc the main clan wants their plunder bonus. I say a spell tht lasts 14hrs. This way u can finish any unlock and/or be able to help sub,sleep midway thru eb if at night , wake up and go home
Support. A way around all the problems of leaving to help friends would have a personal stat thing for "favorite clan" like gta has for "favorite vehicle" or fav gun. You could then receive rewards based on a timer that says how long you have participated in being a member of that clan.
@Larry how bout a 24 hr spell and everyone's happy. (Subclans shouldnt be doing NQ without being able to hold up at least half of it)
Eh not 24 hr bc then u could just keep stopping by the same clan once a day while mercing therefor defeating the purpose of clan loyalty
Ppl think too much about a series of clans "family" and sub clans etc. that's what destroyed EE wars, why can't ppl just be rewarded for staying with the same clan. Period.
IF by one edge u mean ee, no support. Clan loyalty doesnt need rewarding. Loyalty is rewarded already by the backup of you clan mates.
