Changing back reset items

If we LC without the highlands, will we get the same bonuses from 2 years ago?

So if I reset now, with lowland completly explored, I get 50 allyslots and a permanent bonus?

So you need to have lowlands explored, but you dont need certain buildings on it?
And the update is implemented now? (no items but perm. bonus again?)
