    Right now insurance company playing hot potato


    Geico looked at evidence and wants State Farm to deal with it and State Farm tryin to investigate hopin their insurer is not liable

    If your insurance company is not handling the issue fire them. Rental claim it Car depreciation is real up to 40% on a new car.

  5. State Farm is usually easy to deal with


    I t boned a geico driver they payed for a week of rental car and then gave me 5k on dr bills and 5k on my totaled car which was more Than I payed for but it took me 6 months because they wouldn't settle on the dr bills and had to go to a mediation between them and my lawyer
