Devs, what the **** was going trough your minds when you thought it would be acceptable And a good idea to release lvl4 N 5. You knew nobody wanted it. So why did you do it? Please give a reasoning. WHY?

i just upgraded a elven from 3 to 5. Stat increase was 60k cs and 400k cs. Massive cs on lvl 5

My spy building had a 180k cs to lvl4 then a 250k cs to lvl5

 

This was more a fix the inflated ally market than it was SH correct?!

 

Wait do you have to be hfbc to upgrade or can you go to lvl 5 on any hoarfrost building?

 

I really like with each upgrade how plunder drops.... That's a great design( sarcasm )
