Reading this thread I can see that most dont know the facts. Some say brown came into the car. Some say brown was standing a distance away and was running at the officer who was also outside the car. Some say the officer shot brown from the car itself.
On this thread? No. I think the jury knows best. They had the forensic evidence there and everything.
Yeah I meant on the thread. I can't argue with him being guilty or not however it was even announced last night that there was blood from the inside of the car from Michael brown. I think you mentioned something like that
Actually, no. The grand jury only had what was presented to them by the prosecutor Robert McCulloch. Further, all the "evidence" they were presented, was given to them as per Mr. McCulloch's interpretation. If he decided he did not want an indictment, as suggested by his past record in matters such as this and his own personal statements, he could easily have arranged it. For example, he could have presented the statements of Mr. Wilson, which normally would not be part of a grand jury indictment process.
Personally, yes. I believe Wilson is an innocent man. What I hate about this case is the fact that all of the outrage is, not because he was simply a child murderered, but a black child. The media focuses on reporting the case based on race, which in turn fuels the rage. Imagine if a white officer or even a black officer shot a white teenager. Do you honestly think there would be riots in the streets? It's all out of hand. Last night there were 20+ buildings set aflame. They are causing hundreds upon thousands of dollars of damage. And for what? Retribution? The community is suffering and these rioting citizens are being incredibly irresponsible. Do you agree? Even the father, addressing these citizens said not to let his son's death be in vain. It's all out of proportion at this point.
Golden troll, obviously the fires n looting were a tribute to old mate who won't be back for one last "big cigarillo "
I'm not trolling I really believe strongly.. But at the end of the day we won't solve anything here or anywhere anytime soon. But we all should agree that it's tragic a child's life has been ended regardless of what you thought of his actions., and a newlywed cop has to live with this on his conscience
Ahem, Do you know the number of blacks that voted for him due to his skin color? More than 90 ****** percent who the hell are the racists here? It's hilarious you even said that when Mitt Rommey got less than 10% of a demographic. I don't care how late this is, it needed to be said. Btw the cop was and is innocent.
I was scared to death my daughter lives maybe five miles away from it. My son maybe ten. My sister 3 blocks from Clayton court house where they decided the decision.
This should've gone to trial. No matter the circumstance someone is dead. Whether he is guilty or not should've been proven in a court of law. The fact that you all are celebrating the flagrant disregard of the 5th Amendment and Section 1 of the 14th Amendment is more baffling than anything. This is a bad precedence to set and maintain. My opinion has nothing to do with innocence, guilt, race or creed but rather with how the mechanics of our justice system should work and this isn't it. This isn't justice.
