I thought a bit further about this idea, and i miss something. This idea is great for all the players and there will be a lot more pvp. But why should the devs make this. Costs lots of time and money, and they won't make extra money. In the end devs need to make money, and this idea won't give the devs extra money. So if we want the devs to make this idea, we also should show them how they can mak more money with this idea. Because when they can make more money with it, the devs will support it. The question is how are we going to do that. Because players like me don't have much money. So i don't want to pay for bounty hunting. So it should be possible to play without paying too! My idea would be the reward from bounty, you guys were talking about 1/3 of a EE level. That should be standard if you win. However if you buy a bounty-pack (i know, no good name) it will boosts your EE level, for every win you can get one full EE level instead of 1/3 EE level. The price of the bounty pack can the devs set, i dont know what is realistic to set for price. But this idea can let the devs make money, because if you want to earn a lot you can pay for it. But if you take less you can bounty hunt without paying for it. What do you think of the idea? Hero.
Support, but I'd like to change it to a different light. Aren't we supposed to be entire Kingdoms, not assassins? Equipment seems to argue otherwise, but darn that. Instead of it being called "bounty hunter", perhaps it could be something more along the lines of a "Campaign", with different randomly assigned missions like "Subjugation" where you have to pin them for some time, "Scorched Earth" where you have to burn as many potions as possible, "Border raids" where you have to attain a certain amount of gold from them, or whatever cool name you want to provide to these missions This also provides a convenient justification for the cooldown period and other mechanics because your kingdom is recovering from war or your people are tired of war and need rest in the case of the cooldown, or your kingdom has a need to quash that rising power in order to prevent it from being a larger threat in the case of the extra chance of being matched with someone who is winning the battles. In the case of the tag that currently says hunter, it could instead be "[Insert name here] has declared war on you!" With the bounty groups, it could be some sort of alliance, although I may be being a bit imaginative since I also envision clans as Empires or national unions (See- Zhou dynasty, Austrian Empire, the United Kingdom, modern Russia) In short, I like the kingdoms at WAR!Bring back the WAR! bit, but I'd also like to see Bring back the KINGDOM! Aspect of the game. Another reward suggestion is a temporary "Conquered Kingdoms" bonus, where you basically get the ally stat bonus of the conquered kingdom for X time, say a day or two, without being the owner.
