Black Friday Arrives in the UK

  1. I have found it hysterical that grown intelligent people suddenly turn into a pack of stampeding elephants in order to get an old make of a coffee making machine and then appear to have an 'experience which gets them highly excited and shaking in delight' on tv announcing that they got $5 off!!!

Wave the hint of a bargain and people will flock....

  2. And there wasn't much discount from what I could see. My favourite bit about today was that some of the UK retailers had queues online. They couldn't cope with the added traffic. The British are so British that they even queue online! Hilarious.

  3. I worked The Walmart Black Friday event.. Some deals were great.. And then you have deals like the Xbox One.. Normal $349, Sale Price for Promo $329... Same exact thing I bought 4 days ago for $20 less.. Not worth the trouble IMO.
