The new country will be named The Sudan-Israeli Republic, and Sudanians will receive Israeli and Sudanian rights, and will be able to travel freely between Israel, New Egypt, and Sudan. In addition, Sudan will share a spot in Israel's republic, and Sudan's leader will become the 2nd president of Israel.
