Mexico would like to state that is the only nation with advanced missile off/def, advanced cyber hacking and virus and armoring. Mexico would like more time before we help with Egypt. Mexico would also like to state that it doesn't want France or UAE to sell it's defensive tech.

France starts recruiting 15k troops, being trained by 5k already trained soldiers in the temporary base outside of Montaubon. France decides it's time for a full fledged, high priority military base. This base will be constructed 20 miles north of Aix-en-provence. It will be equipped with enough bunking to comfortably sleep 100k soldiers, a training facility, mess hall, the works. Completed in 3 turns. France restates deal with Mexico: Upon signing a non aggression treaty, France will build a harbor, capable of housing one large and one small naval vessel, 20 miles north of Barcelona, and a facility to house Mexico's "battleship" (crew provided by Mexico). Re: World Leaders - PBP Soldiers from Israel and UAE make their way down past Cairo. A few infantrymen spotted them, but they got away.Once they reached the Nile, Israel instructed it's soldiers to build a dam, along with the UAE. This will cut off Cairo's water supply. (Will be complete in two turns) To thank the UAE for their assistance, Israel will give the UAE the western part of Egypt if Israel comes out the victor, and Israel will receive the eastern part.
